Durchziehnadel. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Durchziehnadeln, die
in Metzgereib:etrüeben zum Durchziehen der bei Schinken, Spneckslei.ten u. dgl.
benötigten Aufhängefäden benutzt werden. Derartige Durchziehnadeln bestanden bisher
aus einer einfachen geraden Nadel, deren vorderes Ende mit einem geschlossenen Ohr,
während das hintere Ende mit einem Gikff versehen war. Beim Einführen dieser Nadel
in. den Speck bzw. das Fleisch setzt sich sehr häufig das geschlossene Öhr zu, so
daß das Einführen des Fadens in das Öhr sehr schwieizg war, insbesondere wenn der
Arbeiter feuchte Hände hatte. Da die Einfühlrung der Nadel in das Fleisch einen
gewissen Kraftaufwand benötigt, würde man sich bei Anwendung einer geradegestreckten
Nadel an der Hand verletzen. Es muß vielmehr eine Art Griff vorhanden sein, der
sich gegen die Handfläche voll anlegt. Dieses wird durch die Erfindung in einfacher
Weise dadurch erreicht, daß man das hintere, mit einem hakenförmigen Öhr versehene
Ende der Nadel abbiegt und außerdem in Richtung dier Querachse verbreitert. Nun
sind allerdings Nadeln mit einem abgebogenen. Ende bekannt. Jedoch sind diese Enden
spitz und scharfkantig ausgebildet, so daß sie die Hand verletzen würden. Wird jedoch
