3 bezeichnet einen hohlen schwebenden Umhüllungsträger üblicher Bauart. Der Träger besitzt einen hohlen, im freien Ende des Lenkerknies drehbar gelagerten Schaft 4 mit Arm 5 an seinem oberen Ende, durch, welchen der Schaft 4 in einer am freien Ende des Lenkerknies angebrachten Hülse 6 gedreht werden kann. Das Lenkerknie besteht aus zwei hohlen, bei 9 gelenkig mitednandeir verbundenen Teilen 7 und 8, wobei die Gelenkstelle annähernd in der Mitte des Stützmittels liegt. Teil 8 ist mittels einen: Stellschraube 14 am oberen Ende- eines senkrechten Rohrs 10 befestigt, das in einem auf der Gestellplatte 12 der Zigarrenmaschine befestigten Lagerständer 11 drehbar ist. Das untere Ende des Rohrs Io steht durch eine nicht gezeichnete Röhre mit einer Saugvorrichtung und das Innere des Rohrs 10 mit dem Teil 8 in Verbindung, während das obere Ende des Rohrs durch einen Deckel 13 verschlossen ist. Das Rohr 10 dient, wie üblioh, nicht nur zur Zuführung der Saugluft für den Träger 3, sondern auch zur Steuerung des Lenfcerknies 7, 8. Zu diesem Zweck ist auf der Rohrwelle ι ο unter der Gestellplatte 12 das übliche Zahnradsegment 15 befestigt, welches in ein um einen Zapfen 18 schwingbares Zahnradsegment 16, 17 eingreift. Der Drehzapfen 18 ist in einem auf der Unterseite der Gestellplatte 12 befestigten Stück 19 befestigt. Ein Seitenarm 20 des Zahnradsegments 16, 17 trägt eine Rolle 21, welche in 'eine' .Kurverunut 22 auf dem Umfang einer Trommel 23 eingreift, die auf einer der nicht gezeichneten Wellen der Maschine befestigt ist. Das beschriebene Getriebe schwingt den Teil 8 in seinem Lager 'hin und her. Um die Achse des Trägers 3 zu drehen, ist der Teil 7 mit einem Arm 24 versehen, dessen freies Ende 'eine lotrechte Lagerhülse 25 für den Achsstift einer Rolle 26 trägt. Diese Rolle läuft in einem Kurvenschlitz 27 der Platte 28, die von 'einem Stützarm 29 am Ständer 11. getragen wird. "Wenn der Teil 8 geschwenkt wird, wird durch; die Einwirkung des Kurvenschlitzes 27 auf die Rolle 26 die Stellung der Teile 7 und 8 zueinander verändert und zugleich auch die Bewegung des Trägers 3 beeinflußt. Der Träger 3 enthält auch, noch; eine Drehbewegung um seine Achse dadurch, daß sein Arm 5 durch einen Lenker 30 mit einem Winkelhebel 31 verbunden ist, der bei 32 an einem Arm 33 des Teils 8 gelagert ist und eine Rolle 34 trägt, die in einem Kurvenschlitz 35 der Platte 28 läuft. Durch· dieses Hebelwerk wird, wenn der Teil 8 geschwenkt wird, infolge der Einwirkung des Kurvenschlitzes 35 auf die Rolle 34 die relative Winkelstellung des Teiles 7 zum Träger 3 verändert. 36 bezeichnet eine Deckblattstanze üblicher Bauart und 37 eine Vorrichtung bekannter Art zum Auftragen von Klebstoff.
