Description

Process for cleaning the electrodes of electrical cleaning systems. Addendum to patent 373 773. The main patent has a method for cleaning the electrodes from electrical cleaning systems to the subject in which the electrodes of a The pad can be lifted off and dropped down on it. The present Invention now relates to a further embodiment of this method, which is particularly has proven to be useful for relatively heavy electrodes. According to the Invention the electrodes are lifted and then released, whereby they slide along an inclined plane or roll off with appropriate training and against: hit an abutment that generates the vibration necessary for cleaning causes. In another embodiment of the invention, the electrodes attached like a pendulum; for the shock they will be out. pulled out of the rest position and then let go again. They then fall back into their resting position and bump against an abutment.

.Fig. I of the drawing shows an embodiment of the former Arrangement. The net-like electrodes i and 2 are coupled to each other on two Beams 3 and ¢ attached. The two. Bars are on by means of rollers 5 and 6 an inclined plane 7 stored. For the shock are now with the help of the Camshaft 8 and a corresponding extension 9 on the beam 4, the electrodes pulled up along the inclined plane and then released. The whole system is rolling and pushes in the lower position against the abutment io. The impact leads then the necessary vibration of the electrodes is brought about. .

In the arrangement according to Fig. 2, the two electrodes are each connected to two rotatable arms i i and 12 suspended like a pendulum. 1 Via the camshafts 8 the electrodes are then pulled out of their rest position and then released again. You fall back into the rest position and hit the abutment io.

In the embodiments mentioned, one can use the accompanying or let vibrating electrodes hit a second electrode, which otherwise attached in the normal way. Both electrodes are therefore shaken at the same time. Fig. 3 and 4 of the drawing show such an arrangement for the two methods according to Fig. r and 2 of the drawing. 13 and 14 are the electrodes, which are also used as Serve abutments for the electrodes sliding down.
