Einrichtung zum Stützen und Kühlen der Stirnverbindungen von Wicklungen
umlaufender Teile elektrischer Maschinen.
Device for supporting and cooling the end connections of windings
rotating parts of electrical machines. For ventilation of electrical machines,
which are mass-produced for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation are so far
radial ventilation blades in the bandages of the end connections of the windings
of the rotating part has been installed. Mostly were also next to the forehead connections
completely rotating sheet metal rings with riveted ventilation wings in the bandages
wrapped, which stiffened the end connections at the same time.
In order to simplify this work and to make it cheaper, according to the invention
Discs or segments from a metal sheet like this
punched and pressed,
that it results in support brackets for the winding end connections and wings for the
Ventilation at the same time.
The figures show an exemplary embodiment for a two-phase rotor of a four-pole machine. Fig. I shows the contours of the sheet metal section. a are the wing flaps that are bent open at right angles around the dashed bending edges of b. b is the wing ridge and c is the hub of the disc. d are the support brackets with the bracket tabs e, which are to be bent slightly and which are bent at right angles to d around their dashed bending edge and bandaged with the end connections of the windings / in order to hold them. Fig. - shows the upper half of the completely pressed fan in the same plan view, while Fig. 3 shows a section through the upper half of the fan in the angular space of the electrical machine. Here you can see how the support tab e lies on the winding end connection f in order to protect it from deformation during rotation. The inner end winding g is in turn held by the outer end connection f. The wing webs b are correspondingly offset from the support tabs d of the winding, lie against the narrow side of the winding g on the end face parts of the rotor not encompassed by the windings / and at the same time wear the wing tabs a. If the entire device for one side of the electrical machine can be produced from a disk, the support brackets e and wings a are punched together with an inner centering ring c seated on the shaft and bent accordingly. In larger versions, however, the wings with the supports are made from sheet metal segments instead of a sheet metal disc.
