Verfahren zum Herstellen von Wassergas und anderen brennbaren Gasen. In dem Patent 437970 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wassergas aus feinkörnigem Brennstoff geschützt, bei welchem dieser mittels der Vergasungsmittel in einer auf und ab wirbelnden Bewegung gehalten wird.Process for producing water gas and other combustible gases. Überraschenderweise findet hierbei, wenn die Luftmenge so bemessen ist, daß die Vergasung der mitgeführten Brennstoffteilchen unvollständig ist, d. h. daß im Endgas noch geringe Mengen Kohlestaub enthalten sind, keine Erhöhung des Kohlensäuregehaltes des Gases statt. Der Kohlestaub wird unter Bildung von Kohlenoxyd vergast. Die eingeführte Luft kann sehr hocherhitzt werden, was bei der unten in den Generator eingeführten Luft wegen des Rostes nicht geschehen kann. Statt Luft kann auch Sauerstoff, Lindeluft u. dgl. verwendet werden.It has now been found that this could be ill in the following way can help.
