Description

Procedure and arrangement for cleaning the collecting electrodes electrical gas cleaning questions. It is known that the Elnkt "oden elela-i @ cher Gas cleaning fluids: gauges by scraping, scraping knock or abrsten to clean. By Tapping can not be done in all cases. deep cleansing can be achieved, and at Brushing was previously forced to do that switch off the chamber to be cleaned, do so no key transitions between the. Spray electrodes and the inserted brushes. : can find. According to the present invention, it is possible, the cleaning of the precipitation electrodes by means of cleaning devices, which are opposite to the electrode surface find (brushes .. M_opfvorrichtun. riding or the like). also iväi - recrd of the company to undertake. Inventions are here- for the ..1 cleaning devices against the electric field shielded rooms housed. A sparkover can hence from these R @ ini-ungsvorrich.tungen no longer go out, so that a hazard the chamber by actuating the no failure device does not occur. In the drawing is the new arrangement using an example of a gas cleaning system lasre itri Aufri.P and frundriß shows, vera.ns, c @ iau- light. The rectangular condensing electrical the i run in the direction of the gas flow. The net-like spray electrodes a are located between them. -The individual spray electrodes do not consist of a single continuous network, but, as can be seen from the drawing, of a number of subnetworks arranged one behind the other. The brushes 3 for cleaning the collecting electrodes are attached opposite the gaps between the spray electrodes that are caused by this. The outer sides of these brushes are at the same time designed as shielding plates of the actual brush against the electrical field emanating from the spray electrodes. The collecting electrodes are on rollers q. stored, and they can be moved back and forth in the horizontal direction with the help of the crank mechanism 5. Likewise, the scraper brushes can be displaced in the vertical direction with the aid of a second crank mechanism 6. If these crank mechanisms are appropriately measured, the brushes therefore cover the entire precipitation area when both crank mechanisms are in motion.

Because the brush spaces are shielded from the electrical field are, the dust particles from the lower saw electrode @ through this field are therefore are no longer held, the cleaning is made much easier because the dust in this room falls down by itself and also see can be brushed off very easily due to the lack of a field. A rollover between the spray electrodes and the shielding surfaces on the brushes is because of the arrangement there is no need to worry about the gaps between the spray electrodes. To a. Step back to prevent the precipitate being brushed off from the screen space into the cleaning chamber, you can. in the screen space by connecting it to a suction device Generate negative pressure compared to the pressure in the cleaning chamber.
