Das Heizen des gesamten Geschirrmobils ist ökologisch unwirtschaftlich. Die Wasserentleerung des konventionellen Geschirrmobils (hauptsächlich bei häufigem Einsatz) ist sehr arbeitsintensiv und gibt keine 100% Sicherheit da immer Wasser in den Ventilen des Geschirrspülers zurückbleibt, welche die Dichtungen und dergleichen beschädigen oder gar auffrieren lassen können.
