Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von leicht löslichen Küpenfarbstoffpräparaten. Zusatz zum Patent 427 997. In weiterer Ausarbeitung des Verfahrens des Hauptpatents wurde gefunden; daß man auch dann leicht lösliche Präparate erhält, wenn man an Stelle der sulfosauren Salze die unverküpten Farbstoffe mit leicht löslichen Kohlehydraten, wie z. B. Glycose, Dextrin und ähnlichen vorteilhaft zugleich reduzierend wirkenden Stoffen nebst Ätzalkalien und Hydrosulfit, versetzt. Am besten verfährt man so, daß man die nassen Farbstoffpasten mit den genannten Kohlehydraten eindampft und die so erhaltenen Mischungen mit Alkali und Hydrosulfit vermengt. Die Präparate sind haltbar und geben beim Eintragen in warmes Wasser eine sofort fertige Küpe. Beispiel. io Gewichtsteile des Farbstoffes nach Beispiel i des Patents 258 258 werden als feuchte Paste mit 5 Gewichtsteilen Glycose vermengt und zur Trockene verdampft. Das erhaltene Gemisch wird mit I i Gewichtsteilen Natriumhydrosulfitpulver und 6,5 Gewichtsteilen Ätznatron unter Luftabschluß vermahlen. Das so erhaltene Präparat ist haltbar und gibt beim Eintragen in warmes Wasser eine sofort gebrauchsfähige Küpe.Process for the production of easily soluble vat dye preparations.
