Dampfkocher (sog. Blanchierkessel) für Mus u. dgl. Die Erfindung bezieht
sich auf Dampfkocher (sog. - Blanchierkessel) für Mus u. dgl., deren Dampfraum an
seiner tiefsten Stelle mit einer ununterbrochen abfallenden Entwässerungsleitung
verbunden ist, die durch sofortiges selbsttätiges Abführen auch der geringsten Kondensatmenge
dem bekannten Hochtreiben (Ausbeulen) des dünnwandigen Innenkessels vorbeugt. Um
solche Dampfkocher mit wenigen, von jedem Arbeiter ausführbaren Handgriffen zum
Entleeren kippen zu können, d. h. sie erst praktisch brauchbar zu machen, ist nach
der Erfindung der kippbare Kocher mit rler- Entwässerungsleitung durch eine ebenfalls
ununterbrochen abfallende, nachgiebige oder leicht an- und abkuppelbare Zwischenleitung
verbunden, die zweckmäßigerweise in ein cler geringsten Wassersäule nachgebendes
Rückschlagventil einmündet. Von besonderem Vorteile ist dabei die Einschaltung von
Absperrmitteln und deren Verbindung mit den Kuppelteilen in solcher Weise, rlaß
während der Abkuppelung der Entwässerungsleitung von keiner Seite Kochdampf oder
heißes Kondensat ausströmen und die Bedienung gefährden kann. Eine als Beispiel
dienende Ausführung der Erfindung ist in den Abb. i und 2 der Zeichriung im teilweise
geschnittenen Aufr-iß und Teilgrundriß an einer aus zwei Blanchierkesseln bestehenden

abfallende Zwischenleitung lt in ein der Entwässerungsleitung i vorgeschaltetes
Rückschlagventil yn,
das so gestaltet ist, daß es der geringsten
Wassermenge im Ableitungsrohr lc nachgibt. Wesentlich ist, daß bei kippbaren Blanchierkesseln
b die Leitung h mit Mitteln versehen ist, die dies Kippen ohne weiteres gestatten
(biegsames Rohr o. dgl.) oder durch die jeder Bedienungsmann schnell und' sicher
die Verbindung zwischen Kessel b und Entwässerungsleitung i herstellen und unterbrechen
kann. Die Entwässerungsleitung i wird zweckmäßigerweise mit einem Dainpfwasserableiter

wie Abb. 3 besonders zeigt, in ein Hahnküken hl aus, dessen Gehäuse dem Rückschlagventil
-ni. vorgeschaltet ist. Nach dem Abkuppeln der Klaue p vom Mehrweghahn n und damit
auch vom Blanchierkessel a, b kann durch Abschwenken des Leitungsrohres li
um sein Küken lal als Drehachse die Klaue p von dem Hahn n; o entfernt und zugleich

das Eindringen von Luft in den Kessel verhütet wird, kann das Rohr h drucklos gemacht
werden. Schließlich ist im dritten Falle die Möglichkeit gegeben, in \Totfällen
den Kessel an die Außenluft anzuschließen, um ihn unmittelbar ausblasen zu lassen.
Gezeichnet ist in Abb. ¢ die normale Betriebsstellung. Schließlich bietet dieser
Hahn noch den Vorteil, daß sein Stellteil (Handhebel) bei entsprechender Bemessung
zum Sperren der Kupplung p, p1 benutzt «erden kann, so daß diese ohne vorherige
Absperrung des Kessels gegen das Ableitungsrohr Ir nicht betätigt (abgekuppelt)
