In Fig. 1 ist eine Eckdusche dargestellt, bei der über einer Eckduschwanne 1 eine Duschabtrennung 2 angeordnet ist. Die Duschabtrennung 2 besteht bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus jeweils zwei wandseitigen festste henden flächigen Abtrennelementen 3 sowie jeweils einem daran anschließenden schwenkbaren flächigen Abtrennelement 4. Die Abtrennelemente 3, 4 können hierbei entweder eben ausgebildet sein oder aber, wie dargestellt, entsprechend der raumseitigen Kontur des Randes der Duschwanne 1 gekrümmt ausgebildet sein.In Fig. 1, a corner shower is shown, in which a shower partition 2 is arranged above a corner shower tray 1 . Der Standholm 6 ist an seinem oberen und unteren Ende jeweils mit einer Gelenkan ordnung versehen, die anhand der Fig. 5, 6 sowie 9, 10 in ihrem Aufbau noch näher beschrieben werden wird. In der Gelenkanordnung 8 ist dann über einen Achsholm 9 das schwenkbare Abtrennelement 4 gehalten. Parallel zum Stand holm 9 und mit Abstand hierzu ist der schwenkbare Wandteil durch einen Schließholm 10 begrenzt. Die einzelnen Abtrenn elemente 3 und 4 sind jeweils mit einem Rahmen 11, 12 versehen, von dem jedoch jeweils nur der obere und der untere horizontale Rahmenteil in Fig. 1 sichtbar ist.The shower partition is designed in such a way that the fixed partition element is firmly connected to a wall connection element 5 firmly connected to the wall. Die Anordnung kann auch so getroffen werden, daß an einer Wandseite alle Abtrennelemente feststehend angeordnet sind, während an der anderen Wandseite nur ein schwenkbares Abtrennelement vorgesehen ist. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Interesse, wenn die zugehörige Duschwanne rechteckig ausgebildet ist oder wenn eine in den Raum hineinragende Eckbadewanne mit einer derartigen Duschabtrennung versehen werden soll.The embodiment shown in Fig. 1 has a double-winged symmetrically arranged shower separation. Wie Fig. 4 erkennen läßt, wird der Wandanschluß 5 durch ein im wesentlichen L-förmiges Profil, dessen einer Schenkel 13 zur Aufnahme der Wandbefestigungsmittel dient, die beispielsweise durch entsprechende Schrauben gebildet werden, und dessen anderer Schenkel 14 der Aufnahme des Abtrennelementes 3 dient. Das untere und das obere Ende des Standholmes 6 ist hierbei jeweils mit einem Kopfstück 28 bzw. 29 versehen, das fest mit dem Standholm 6 verschraubt ist, wobei hier nicht näher dargestellte Befestigungsschrauben durch die Kopf stücke 28 bzw. 29 in die im Inneren des Standholmes 6 verlaufenden Schraubkanäle 30 eingeschraubt sind. Die Kopfstücke 28, 29 bilden hierbei, wie nachstehend noch näher beschrieben werden wird, mit entsprechenden Kopf stücken am Achsholm 9 die Gelenkanordnungen 8. Das untenlie gende Kopfstück 28 ist hierbei mit einem Schalenelement 31 versehen, in dessen Ausnehmung eine Einsatzbüchse 32 verdreh- und festlegbar angeordnet ist. Die Einsatzbüchse 32 ist hierbei mit einem nach oben vorspringenden Anschlag 33 versehen, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 34 im Zapfen element 35 des Achsholmes eingreift (vergl. Der Exzenter ist zweckmäßigerweise so eingestellt, daß er in jeder Position selbstsperrend ist, so daß eine zusätzliche Verschraubung nicht erforderlich ist. Zugleich bietet ein selbstsperrender Exzenter den Vorteil, daß hier sehr hohe Kräfte ausgebracht werden können, so daß die Druckschiene 44 auf den Wannenrand 46 aufgepreßt werden kann und somit nicht nur ein etwaiges Gefälle des Wannen randes 46 gegenüber dem exakt horizontal ausgerichteten Rahmen 12 ausgeglichen, sondern zugleich auch eine so hohe Reibkraft aufgebracht werden kann, daß der untere Rand des feststehenden Abtrennelementes die beim Gebrauch auftretenden Querkräfte in Verbindung mit der Festlegung des feststehenden Abtrennelementes im Wandanschluß einer seits und über den Haltebügel 7 andererseits aufzunehmen vermag.As can be seen from the sectional view in FIG. 8, the lower horizontal frame part 12 is provided with a telescopically adjustable pressure rail 44 , which according to an adjustment means 45 in the form of an eccentric screw. 5 can be seen, can be pressed down by a corresponding amount on the rim 46 of the shower tray 1 Fig.. In den Fig. 9, 10, 11 und 12 sind jeweils in entsprechenden Vertikal- bzw. Horizontalschnitten Einzelheiten des Achs holmes 9 ersichtlich. Auch der Achsholm 9 weist im wesent lichen ein Kreisprofil auf, in das jeweils oben und unten die die Zapfenelemente bildenden Kopfstücke 35 und 39 eingesetzt sind. Die Kopfstücke sind hierbei über die Befestigungsschrauben 47 zur Festlegung der horizontalen Rahmenteile 12 mit dem Achsholm 9 verschraubt, wie dies aus Fig. 9 bzw. Um nun den Durchtritt von Wasser aus dem abzutrennenden Duschraum nach außen zu verhindern ist, wie der Querschnitt gem. Fig. 13 zeigt, am unteren Rahmenteil 12 ein in den abzutrennenden Raum weisender Tropfsteg 48 vorgesehen, der vorzugsweise aus einem elastischen Material hergestellt ist. In Fig. 11 ist der Tropfsteg 48 in der Aufsicht zu erkennen, wobei ferner zu erkennen ist, daß der Tropfsteg stirnseitig über ein Befestigungselement 49 festgelegt ist. Dieses Befestigungselement 49 weist auf seiner dem Achsholm 9 zugekehrten Seite eine Auffangrinne 50 auf, die im Bereich der Gelenkanordnung 8 seitlich oberhalb des Schalenteils 31 endet. Wie die Aufsicht auf das Schalen teil 31 in Fig. 19 entsprechend der Schnittlinie IXX-IXX in Fig. 5 erkennen läßt, ist am Schalenteil 31 auf der dem abzutrennenden Raum zugekehrten Seite eine Auffang rinne 51 angeordnet, die mit einer entsprechenden Neigung in den Wannenraum hinein ablaufen kann. Das im Bereich der Kante des schwenkbaren Abtrennelementes 4 ablaufende Wasser kann hierbei in die Wanne in einem Bereich ablaufen, der dicht mit dem Wannenrand verbunden ist, so daß ein Durchtritt durch den in Fig. 9 dargestellten Spalt zwischen schwenkbarem Abtrennelement und Wannenrand 46 vermieden ist.As can be seen in FIG. 9, the pivotable separating element is held in the joint arrangement 8 in such a way that the lower edge of the lower frame part 12 ends at a distance above the upper edge of the tub rim 46 and thus the pivotable separating part can be pivoted freely over the tub rim. Fig. 16 zeigt eine Untersicht auf den Schließholm 10. Das Anschraubteil 59 ist hierbei im wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet und in üblicher Weise über Schrauben 61 mit der Wand verschraubt. Nach dem Fest ziehen der Gewindemutter 60 wird das Anschraubteil 59 mit einer Abdeckkappe 62 abgedeckt, so daß das Anschraub teil 59 glattflächig abgeschlossen ist. Claims

1. Shower partition with a wall connection and with at least one flat partition element, characterized in that the wall connection ( 5 ) is formed by a cross-section in wesentli chen L-shaped profile, one leg ( 13 ) of which receives the wall fastening means and the other leg ( 14 ) for receiving the fastening means for the separating element ( 3 , 4 ), and that a releasable cover rail ( 17 ) connecting the two leg ends is provided.

2. Shower partition according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover rail ( 17 ) with one longitudinal edge via a plug connection ( 20 , 21 ) and with the other longitudinal edge via a screw connection ( 22 ) with the profile of the wall connection ( 5 ) is connected.
