Description
Ausziehbares, in jeder Stellung betriebsfertiges Förderband. Bei Förderbandfördereinrichtungen ist es bekannt, das Förderband über ein verschiebbares Leitrollensystem derart zu führen, daß die nutzbare Förderlänge nach Bedarf eingestellt werden kann. Für viele Zwecke ist es nun erforderlich, daß das Förderband auf der Förderstrecke derart abgestützt wird, daß es auf . dieser ganzen Länge in der Förderebene gehalten bleibt. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist hier nun eine Einrichtung geschaffen, durch «-elche dies ermöglicht wird und dabei trotzdem eine beliebige Einstellbarkeit der Förderlänge angewendet werden kann, und zwar geschieht das dadurch, daß das Förderband teilweise durch umlegbare Stützrollen getragen wird, welche sich beim Verkürzen der Förderstrecke umlegen und beim Verlängern derselben von selbst wieder aufrichten.Extendable conveyor belt that is ready for use in any position. Wie aus der Zeichnung erkenntlich, wird bei der Bewegung des Gestellteiles b durch die Führungsrolle i das Förderband h immer so gespannt, daß es in jeder Stellung betriebsbereit bleibt. Da nun der entsprechende Teil der Stützrollen l bei einer Verkürzung der Förderlänge in Fortfall kommt, ist dieser Teil der Stützrollen l durch Gewichtshebel m umlegbar gemacht, und sobald diese umlegbaren Stützrollen gegen die vordere schräge Fläche der Leitschienen ia stoßen, werden sie aus ihrer Arretiervorrichtung, die sie in der senkrechten Lage festgehalten hat, ausgelöst und umgelegt.
