Description
Badeofen. Bath stove. There are already known bath stoves in which the firebox is covered by a heating tube closed at the top, and in which one of the upper end of the heating pipe leading downwards, serving to extract the gases is provided. The subject of the invention differs from the known ovens of this type in that the heating tube containing the furnace itself in its lower part by a flat, inclined wall, which is fixed to the wall of the heating pipe is connected, is divided so that the channel for the heating gases gradually smaller will. It has been shown that by such an arrangement, the furnace in both Consumption of fuel is extremely economical and above all the water remains completely hot for a very long time.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the inventive concept, namely Fig. r is a vertical longitudinal section and Fig. 2 is a cross section through the furnace in the direction of the line 4-4 of Fig.
In the drawing, a is the outer wall of the furnace, b is the heating opening and c the ash box. Inside the furnace, the heating rotator d is arranged, which tapers conically upwards. The heating pipe is closed at the top by a cover element and includes a partition f which divides the pipe into two compartments. Of the lower part of the front compartment g is the actual heating frame, which is down through the grate h is closed. The heating gases rise in department g up and then move in the direction of the arrow in the second compartment i downwards in order to then get through the pipe k into the forge.
As a result of the design described, on the one hand at the heating point a relatively large furnace available, with the heating gases through the after Rejuvenation to take place at the top held together as far as possible and the walls of the heating pipe flushed immediately by the flame or the rising hot gases. Since the Heating gases have to move downwards again, their calorific value is also heavily used, so that the heating time is considerably shorter and fuel is saved will.
By eliminating the upper pipe connections, the furnace can also do better be kept clean, too, by eliminating it a number of soldered seams and the stiffening of the Heizrähres through the riveted inside Partition great strength. The necessary water connections, such as water inlet, Water drainage, emptying opening, etc., can be attached in the usual way.
