die Asche, weil sie offen auf der Schale oder in dem Becher liegen bleibt, durch Luftzug
herumgewirbelt und verstreut werden kann. Außerdem bietet dann ein solcher Aschbecher
einen unschönen Anblick. Dies vermeiden bereits Aschbecher mit bedecktem Sammelbehälter,
bei welchen die Asche zunächst auf ίο den muldenförmigen Deckel abgestreift wird,
von dem sie mittels eines Drehschiebers durch einen Ausschnitt hindurch in den darunterliegenden
Sammelbehälter geschafft werden kann. Die bekannten Aschbecher dieser Bauart haben den Nachteil, daß die in den Sammelbehälter
beförderte Asche nicht über seine ganze Bodenfläche verteilt werden kann, sondern

und dieser kann deswegen erheblich niedriger gehalten werden, als wenn die Verteilungsschaufeln
A1 und A2 wie bei den bisher
bekannten Aschbechern, fehlen würden. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß man eben
«regen der beschriebenen selbsttätigen Verteilung der Asche mit nur einem einzigen
Ausschnitt g in der Schale b auskommt, so daß die im Sammelbehälter α befindliche
Asche in weitgehendem Maße den Blicken entzogen ist. Die Asbesteinlagen ^1 und k2
der Drehschieber sind mit nur leichter Spannung, ohne Schrauben oder sonstige Befestigungsmittel,
in die Klemmhülsen ex und e2
eingesetzt und können deshalb leicht ausgewechselt werden. Die Schale b kann zwecks
