Description
Einrichtung zur Ausnutzung der Abwärme von industriellen Feuerungen in Druckluftturbinen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur Ausnutzung der AbwÄrme von industriellen Feu-erungen und ist eine weitere Ausbildung der Einrichtung nach Patent 38448o. Die Rauchgase der Anlage ziehen über der Verbrauchsstelle durch eü-i Röhrensystem 4 in den Schornstein ab. Die Turbine 5 steht mit der Anlage 1-4 durch ein Leitungssystern 6 in Verbindung, durch welches die Luft in Richtung der eingezeichneten Pfeile läuft, indem sie oben in den Wärmeaustauscher der Anlage 1-4 tritt. Aus dem Wärmeaustauscher fließt die Luft nach der Turbine hin und aus der Turbine wiederum durch ein oder zwei Einlässe 7, 8 in die Feuerun'-.An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. Sie setzt damit die Turbine 5 in Betrieb; es wird die Verbrennungsluftdurch den Verdichterg angesaugt und durch die hohlen Turbinenschaufeln io und den Diffusor i i in die Leitung 6 gedrückt, welche sie dem Wärmeaustauscher 4 zuführt. Aus diesem gelangt die Luft wesentlich erwärmt in die Turbine und beaufschlagtderen Schaufeln. Hierbei verliert die Luft den Hauptteil ihrer Wärme. Der Wärmerest gelangt mit der Abluft der Turbine durch die öffnung 7 und 8 in die Feuerung. Die Temperatur derselben erhoht sich dadurch um ein critsprechendes Maß, und es steig gert sich eritsprechend die Temperatur an der Ausnutzungsstelle.The mode of operation of this system is as follows: First, the furnace i is put into operation in the usual way.
