Description

Kupplungseinrichtung für Schnellschalter. Bei der Herstellung von Schnellschaltern ist es besonders wichtig, Kupplungsanordnungen auszuführen, bei denen zum Entkuppeln eine möglichst geringe Zeitspanne notwendig wird. Man muß deshalb dazu übergehen, von den sonst üblichen Klinkeinrichtungen, die zum Lösen eine gewisse Zeit brauchen, möglichst abzusehen. Eine ganz neue Lösung dieser Art wird in folgender Weise erreich, indem das Betätigungs- und das Stromschlußorgan je mit einer Anzahl Lamellen versehen sind, die fingerartig ineinandergreifen können. Beim Einschalten werden. diese Lamellen ineinandergelegt und durch irgendeine äußere Kraft gegeneinandergedrückt und so die Kupplung bewirkt. Tritt übeT-strom ein, so hat der Auslösernagnet nur nötig, die Kraft, die die Lamellen gegeneinanderpreßt, zu überwinden, und es wird dann durch die Einwirkung der beim Einschalten gespannten Federn die Abschaltung in verhältnismäßig sehr kurzer Zeit erfolgen. Diese ganze Anordnung ist als eine Art Reibungskupplung aufzufassen, bei der zum Zusammenpressen selbst nur eine sehr geringe Kraft notwendig wird, die leicht durch den überstrommagneten überwunden werden kann,. während nach Überwindung dieser Kraft das Lösen sehr rasch vor sich geht. Es ist noch wirkungsvoller und es ist weniger Kraftbedarf zum Zusammenhalten notwendig, wenn die einzelnen Lamellen selbst keilförmige Gestalt erhalten. Die Abbildung zeigt die Anordnung in gekuppeltem Zustand. a und b sind die beiden zu kuppelnden Glieder, die durch angreifende Kräfte in C und il zusammengedrückt werden. Die Pfeile deuten die zum Zusammenhalten notwendige Kraftwirkung an. Wie diese Kraft zur Wirkung kommt bzw. durch den Auslösemagneten aufgehoben wird, ist für den Erfindungsgedanken ohne Bedeutung.Coupling device for quick switch. Kupplungseinrichtung für Schnellschalter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an denn Betätigungsorgan und den Schaltteilen Lamellen angebracht sind, die in der Einschaltstellung gabelförmig ineinandergreifen und als eine Art Reibungskupplung durch eine geringe äußere Kraft zusammengepreßt eine sichere Verbindung bilden, während zwecks Ausschaltung durch den Auslösemagneten die das Zusam'rnenpressen bewirkende Kraft überwunden und dadurch ein schnelles Lösen der Reibungskupplung bewirkt wird. z.
