Bei den bisher bekannten, elektrisch beheizten Lötkolben mußte der Heizkörper die erzeugte Wärme in dem Kolbenkern bzw. Mantel aufspeichern, bis die eigentliche Lötspitze die Lötwärme erreicht hat. Bei dieser indirekten Beheizungsart waren große Wärmeverluste an dem Kolben bzw.
