Ventilklappen 9, die durch eine Druckfeder 15 an jedem
Ventilklappenhebel 1, der eine Verlängerung von der Befestigung

Fig. 1 zeigt den Ruhezustand. Der Ventilklappenhebel
1 drückt die erste Ventilklappe 8 und die zweite
Ventilklappe 9 auf die Füllung 2. Das bedeutet, alle
Tonlöcher 3 sind verschlossen, Spielwind kann nicht fließen,
die dazugehörigen Tonzungen auf den Stimmplatten 7 werden
nicht beaufschlagt. Bei diesem Zustand ist die Druckfeder 15

An dem Punkt, wo die zweite Ventilklappe 9 abhebt, spürt der
Harmonikaspieler beim tieferen Niederdrücken der Taste oder des
Knopfes einen deutlichen Widerstand, weil nun die Abhebeunterstützung
für den Ventilklappenhebel 1 durch die Feder 15
entfällt. Die zweite zusätzliche Ventilklappe 9 besteht aus
den Teilen: Gummioberteil 10, Druckfeder 15, Gummiunterteil 11,
Blechformteil 12 und der Klappendichtung 13. Die zusammengesetzten
Teile 11, 12 und 13 sind als Teil 14 in der Zeichnung
dargestellt. Ein härterer Einsatz für das Abheben der
zweiten Ventilklappe 9 kann erreicht werden, indem die vormontierte
zweite Ventilklappe 9 mit etwas vorgespannter Feder 15
und noch ohne Klappendichtung 13 in den Käfig 16 eingefügt
wird. Die Klappendichtung wird danach aufgeklebt. Es ist wichtig,
daß das Unterteil 12 unverrückbar fest mit dem Falz von Teil 16,
verbunden wird. Das Oberteil 10 und die Feder 15 müssen sich
aber frei im oberen Teil des Käfigs 16 bewegen können.

Die nach Patentanspruch 1 durch die Druckfeder 15 in sich selbst
bewegliche zusätzliche zweite Ventilklappe 9 kann nach
Unteranspruch 2 durch Austausch gegen das Gummiteil 17 auf
einfache und unkomplizierte Art in eine starre Ventilklappe
umgerüstet werden, die gleichzeitig mit der ersten Ventilklappe 8
abhebt. Harmonikainstrumente mit Ventilklappen nach Anspruch 1
oder nach Unteranspruch 2 verfügen über die Möglichkeit der
wahlweisen Nach- oder Umrüstung in die eine oder andere Harmonikainstrumentenart.
Außerdem benötigen nach 9 oder 17 gebaute
