Abstract

During the manure-removal operation, the known flap slides are lifted from the solid manure out of the guide rail; the pulling part moves above the manure. The manure removal from long enclosures with a large number of animals is not possible with this process. In order to ensure constant sliding of the slide rail (4) in the guide rail (5), the drag bar has a hinge (2), with the result that constant three-point bearing is ensured. By virtue of the configuration of the planar transfer surface (Figure 2) and a cleaning slit at the retaining point of the slide, the cable remains on the base of the guide rail and can thus not be gripped by the mobile loading shovel. Mode of action

When pulling back the hinged slide valve ( Fig. 1), the joint part ( 2 ) can be lifted out by high manure or straw accumulation without the slide rail ( 4 ) being lifted out of the guide rail ( 5 ) and thus no manure can get under the guide rail. This means that there is no possibility of derailment. Only constant sliding of the slide rail on the bottom of the guide rail ensures full functional reliability.

Build up small pieces of straw when pulling out the folding slide under the rope, so they are pressed at the break point through the cleaning slot ( 12 ) to the transverse slurry channel ( 13 ). The rope lies after the manure removal process again on the guide rail floor and can therefore not be caught by the shovel of the mobile loader.

Claims (1)

Folding slide with rigid trailing beam and fixed guide rail for manure removal from cattle stables with handover of the manure for stationary onward transport, characterized in that the folding slide has an articulated towing bar for safe running in the guide rail and the handover of the manure is carried out flat for further transport by mobile forklift.
