The invention is based on a pressure-controlled switch according to the
Genus of the main claim. There are pressure controlled switches
knows, which have a membrane on the z. B. the refrigerant pressure
on the evaporator or condenser side of a refrigeration compressor
works. The switching threshold of the membrane is mechanically
a coil spring set. Changes in temperature fluctuations
the pressure of the refrigerant to a different degree than that of the
Coil spring applied pressure. This leads to shifts in the
Switching threshold depending on the temperature.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
The pressure-controlled switch according to the invention with the kenn
The drawing features of the main claim have the opposite
part that the switching threshold by biasing the membrane
is set by means of a fluid or gas, whereby a
temperature-related pressure change equally on preload and
affects the pressure on the switch. As another before
Part can be seen that a production of different printing
controlled switch with
different switching thresholds by varying the filling pressure of the
Fluids or gases can be reached and therefore for different pressures
controlled switches the manufacture of only a basic model of the
Switch is necessary. A change in the switching threshold of the pressure
controlled switch can also without dismantling the
Subsequent switch.
The measures listed in the subclaims provide for
partial further training and improvements of the main claim
specified pressure-controlled switch possible. Particularly advantageous
is it to ver the fluid or gas gastight by means of the membrane
close, because the membrane automatically acts as a partition between
Pretension and pressure acting on the membrane. These
Separation is therefore realized without additional parts. The Ausge
design of the membrane with an electrically conductive element, the

has the advantage that the membrane movement directly the um
switching the switch causes what a more complicated arrangement
of switching elements is unnecessary. The arrangement of the contact pins and
of the conductive element within an oxygen-free fluid
or gas proves to be advantageous since such an oxidation of the
Contact surfaces is prevented in a simple manner. Another before
part is given by the fact that the membrane in a predetermined Ab
stood gas-tight from the base plate by means of an angle on the
Base plate is applied because the membrane and the angle together
with the base plate already the gas-tight sealed Be

Holding the contact pins by means of an insulating material in the
Base plate
serves the advantageous isolation of the contact pins from the floor
plate, which as a material for the base plate also a metal
can be chosen. It also proves to be advantageous
to provide a filler neck through which the fluid or gas into the
gastight sealed area can be introduced, since by means of this
Filler neck with the switch fully assembled for each
because of the characteristic bias voltage over the pressure of the switch
filled fluid or gas can be adjusted. An assembly
the switch in the pressurized fluid or gas is thus over

and can be closed by means of a valve, the front results

at the same time, an escape of the fluid or gas complicates or ver

The execution of the sling as essentially parallel to

that the membrane is protected against damage on all sides, the An

partial surface pressure on the membrane at the stop is low, what
prevents damage to the membrane. The isolation of the
electrically conductive element from the membrane by means of a

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment
befindet sich ein Druck- oder Stromungsmittel 25.A pressure-controlled switch is shown in the figure. A bottom plate 10 has two bushings, is in each of which a bottom plate 10 penetrating contact pin 11 is supported by an insulation material 12 perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 degrees. Arranged further in the base plate 10 is a filler neck 13 , which also penetrates the base plate 10 . The filler neck 13 has at its at the top of the bottom plate 10 end of a valve 14 which is movably supported by a valve cover 15 formed integrally with the bottom plate 10 . At the bottom plate 10 is a circumferential in a self-contained angle 26 is arranged, the shorter legs are welded to the base plate 10 . The angle 26 carries at a given distance parallel to the base plate 10 a membrane 16 which is spring-elastic at the transition between membrane 16 and angle 26 by means of a wavy cross-sectional membrane structure. On the underside, an insulating layer 17 with an electrically conductive element 18 in the form of a contact plate 18 is fastened on the membrane 16 . The membrane 16 is formed in one piece with the angle 26 rotationally symmetrical and covers the area of the base plate 10 in which the contact pins 11 and the filler neck 13 are located. The membrane 16 with the angle 26 formed thereon is encased by a round cover plate which is parallel to the membrane 16 and which is formed in one piece as an attachment means 19 with an angle 27 , the self-contained angle 27 running on a further circular line also on the base plate 10 is welded on. The stop means 19 also has a bushing 20 in its center. Around the weld of the circumferential angle 27 around a bead 22 on the base plate 10 , to which the pressure-controlled switch on a housing wall 21 by means of gluing or welding in a cutout 28 is attached in the housing wall 21 . A fluid or gas 24 is located within the area delimited by the membrane 16 and the base plate 10 . A pressure or flow medium 25 is located on the upper side of the stop means 19 .
stiften 11 abgehoben. Daher wird zwischen den Kontaktstiften 11 ein
sehr hoher Widerstand gemessen. Zur Sicherheit gegen Verformung be
Through the filler neck 13 , the fluid or gas 24 passes between the membrane 16 and the base plate 10 during the manufacture of the pressure-controlled switch. This creates a bias, which pushes the membrane upward when the fluid or gas 24 is overpressured. The electrically conductive element 18 is lifted from the contact pins 11 . A very high resistance is therefore measured between the contact pins 11 . To prevent deformation, the stop means 19 is located above the membrane 16 . In the absence of pressure of the pressure or fluid 25 against the pressure of the fluid or gas 24 , the membrane 16 is therefore pressed against the stop means 19 . If the pressure or fluid 25 is also under pressure, the membrane 16 is then pressed down when the pressure of the pressure or fluid 25 is greater than the pressure of the fluid or gas 24 . When the membrane 16 moves downward, the electrically conductive element 18 reaches the contact pins 11 , as a result of which the volume resistance between the contact pins 11 is reduced. The electrical resistance at the contact pins 11 thus changes depending on the pressure of the pressure or fluid 25 . Due to the wave-shaped elastic suspension of the membrane at the angle 26 , a defined deformation behavior is set. The weld seams between the angles 26 , 27 and the base plate 10 provide a gas-tight seal, in particular of the area within the membrane 16 . When the area under the membrane 16 is filled with the fluid or gas 24, the valve 14 prevents the pressure from escaping through the filler neck 13 . In addition to this valve 14 , the filler neck 13 can be closed with a weld seam in order to provide further protection against the escape of pressure from the area under the membrane 16 . As a fluid or gas 24 is preferably an oxygen-free fluid or gas 24 is prevented, so using such an oxi dation of the contact pins 11 and the electrically conductive member 18, and a malfunction of the pressure-controlled scarf will ters avoided even after many switching processes. The parallelism of the membrane 16 to the base plate 10 ensures that the electrically conductive element 18 is placed on the contact pins 11 with good contact. The parallelism of the membrane 16 causes the stop means 19 that in the absence of pressure of the pressure or flow means 25, the membrane 16 abuts on a large, circular area on the stop means 19, the pressure of the diaphragm 16 to the stop means 19 thereby uniformly on the surface of the Distributed membrane 16 . The membrane 16 , the base plate 10 and the stop means 19 are preferably made of metal, since this ensures great stability of the pressure-controlled switch, which is preferably used in the range around 200 bar.
In order to avoid short circuits, the contact pins 11 and also the electrically conductive element 18 are insulated from the metallic environment by means of the insulating material 12 or the insulating layer 17 . The insulating material 12 can preferably be made of glass. Through the filler neck 13 it is provided to fill a pressurized fluid or gas 24 into the already assembled switch, both an overpressure and a vacuum being able to be generated. In the case of negative pressure, the contact pins 11 already serve as stop means 19 , which also prevents damage to the membrane 16 . The switching threshold can be reset at any time by changing the bias voltage by refilling or draining fluid or gas 24 . If an unintentional change in the pretension is not desired, the filler neck 13 can also be welded. If the pressure switch z. B. used on the wall of a gas boiler, the internal pressure of the boiler acts as the pressure of the pressure or fluid 25 on the membrane 16 . A change in temperature, which affects the volume of the gas or, since the volume is limited by the boiler wall, affects its pressure, however, has the same effect on the pressure of the fluid in the case of a temperature change affecting the inside and outside of the boiler or gas 24 in the switch, whereby there is no shift in the switching threshold. A circuit to compensate for this effect is therefore not necessary.
