Dadurch wird erreicht, daß die Drehbewegung der beiden Schutzkappen zueinander beim Lenken sich inner halb des schmalen Einstichs vollzieht und keine metallische Berührung dabei entsteht. Die Schutzkappen sind schmal, bedecken keine unnötigen Hohlräume und brauchen nicht wie bisher gegossen und für die Drehbewegung genau bearbeitet zu werden, da keine Paßfiächen vorhanden sind. Die gleichachsigen Kegelräder b, c sowie Kegelrad d und Radnabe sind aus einem Stück hergestellt. Bremstrommel t in Verbindung mit der am schwenkbaren Achsschenkel befestigten Bremsscheibe s bildet die Schutzkappe für Kegelrad d und nimmt zugleich die Innenbremse auf.
