Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the composition of an organic mineral fertilizer based on molasses slurry pen, from which after the addition of a phosphate and a Nitrogen component a combined fertilizer with given ratio of the main elements nitrogen - phosphorus - Ka lium arises. It also uses the manufacturing process of this fertilizer.
Palleten.Thickened molasses wastes as industrial waste in distilleries in the manufacture of spirit from molasses either burned, or for the production of protein concentrates used. - Their processing and Ver is also known application in the feed industry in the production of granulated feed in the form of so-called pallets.
According to US PAT 4,604,125, thickened molasses loops are used Production of a solid mineral fertilizer by salting out with phosphoric acid or with citric acid with the addition tiger substrates, such as. B. ethanol used. The molasses will only drank together with the acids in the course warmed from 0.5 to 2 hours, after which ethanol is added adds, and the mixture is subjected to vacuum crystallization pulled. The result is a crystalline fertilizer that adheres to finally, washing and cleaning processes will. A disadvantage of this processing method is that mainly mineral fertilizers are obtained, whereby the production of which requires a great deal of energy and technologically sophisticated, consequently also economically is disadvantageous. In addition, remain in the manufacture Residua of organic character, which subsequently disposed of Need to become.
The invention according to DE OS 32 11 330 solves the use of some Types of molasses whiskers, so-called vinasses, as substrates, which serve to break down organic substances. With the help of this Solution becomes a restriction of the ratio of the elements Carbon - nitrogen reached in the soil and at the same time a supplement to the nutrient inventory based on empirical ver search by name of the fertilizer based on the elements te nitrogen - potassium. A disadvantage of this ver driving is the relatively large content of potassium and the low phosphorus level in the fertilizer, which means a increasing the level of potassium in the soil can lead to what is undesirable. On the other hand, the phosphorus content is one Set of examples of soil composition and the plant inadequate fertilization.
The disadvantages listed are eliminated to a considerable extent Dimensions the invention, which is a liquid organic mineral is a fertilizer based on molasses and whose essence is that this consists of a liquid mixture of thickened molasses and ammo niumsalzen is formed, which 40 to 80 mass percent Me lassing with a density of 1.2 to 1.45 g / ml and 20 to 60 mass percent ammonium salts of phosphoric acid or Contain ammonium nitrate or ammonium sulfate.
It is advantageous if either individually as ammonium salts or as a mixture of ammonium monohydrophosphate and / or ammonium Dihydrophosphate and / or ammonium phosphate is used.
The invention also relates to the method for the production of the organic-mineral fertilizer, in which the thickened molasses with a density of 1.2 to 1.45 g / ml are preheated to a temperature of 40 ° to 70 ° C, at simultaneous preparation of a concentrated solution of a Ammonium salt or a mixture of ammonium salts Phosphoric acid or ammonium nitrate or ammonium sul fates by heating to a temperature of 40 ° to 80 ° C. Then, based on soil analyzes carried out in advance to the solution of the preheated molasses loaves under constant a quantity specified in the table according to stirring or curling the concentrated solution of the ammonium salts to the full added homogenization of the mixture.
Contains the organic mineral fertilizer according to the invention the elements nitrogen - phosphorus - potassium in a balanced Ratio that changes depending on the result of the soil analysis that can. The fertilizer contains nitrogen in both anorga nischer as well as in organic form, what the nutrition of the Allows plant to grow throughout its growing season. Phos phor is in the form of water-soluble compounds contain, which also makes it accessible to crops. Overall, the fertilizer is very easy to use as a spray medium in the form of fog spray, which is a uniformity of Fertilization of the entire floor area guaranteed. The fertilizer is ecologically completely safe and enriches the soil alongside the direct introduction of nutrients around the organic Component, supports the degradation processes of the organic Mass while improving the mechanical structure of the Soil by the fact that it releases gases is loosened during the breakdown of the organic mass.
