Befestigungselemente für Deckeneinbauleuchten in Form von
Schraub- und Federmechanismen sind bekannt. Ihre Handha
bung ist zeitaufwendig und erfordert einen hohen Montage
aufwand. Sie beschränken sich stets auf die Funktion der
Befestigung der Leuchte und sind meist fester Bestandteil
derselben, was sich nachteilig auf Stapelbarkeit und
Transportkosten der Leuchtengehäuse (8) auswirkt. Nach
teilig ist auch, daß diese Konstruktion die Einbauhöhen
der Leuchten vergrößert. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf
Einspann- und Verriegelungsvorrichtungen mit Innenbe
tätigung für Deckeneinbauleuchten (1), die werkzeuglos in
einfacher Handhabung in ein geschlossenes und seitlich
gelochtes Leuchtengehäuse (8) eingerastet werden kann. Sie
dienen dem sicheren Einbau der Leuchten in geschlossenen
Deckenkonstruktionen. Vielfach bestehen diese Decken aus
Gipskartonplatten, Rabitzkonstrukionen, Holzpaneelen,
Blech- und Lochblechplatten oder Mineralplatten. Im all
gemeinen sind diese Deckenkonstruktionen fest, d. h. ein
nachträglicher Leuchteneinbau in dieselbe ist nur noch
über einen Deckenausschnitt möglich, der der genauen Ein
baugröße der Leuchte entspricht. Die Leuchte wiederum
deckt mit einem schmalen Rand den Deckenausschnitt von
unten ab. Nach dem Einsetzen der Leuchte in den vorbe
reiteten Deckenausschnitt kann die Einspann- und Ver
riegelungsvorrichtung zunächst durch Druck auf die
Schrauben/Zahnstangenkombination (4; 5) betätigt werden. Das
Leuchtengehäuse (8) wird dadurch gegen Herausfallen ge
sichert. Die Schraube (4) wird bis zu einer Gewinde
bohrung (12) geführt. Durch wenige Umdrehungen der
Schraube (4) wird der Spannhebel (3) der Vorrichtung über
eine Zahnstange (5) auf die Decke (9) gespannt.
Fasteners for recessed ceiling lights in the form of screw and spring mechanisms are known. Their handling is time-consuming and requires a lot of assembly work. They are always limited to the function of fastening the lamp and are usually an integral part of it, which has an adverse effect on the stackability and transport costs of the lamp housing ( 8 ). After part is also that this construction increases the installation heights of the lights. The invention relates to clamping and locking devices with interior actuation for recessed ceiling lights ( 1 ), which can be snapped into a closed and laterally perforated lamp housing ( 8 ) without tools in simple handling. They serve for the safe installation of the lights in closed ceiling constructions. These ceilings often consist of plasterboard, Rabitz constructions, wooden panels, sheet and perforated sheets or mineral sheets. In general, these ceiling constructions are fixed, which means that subsequent luminaire installation is only possible via a ceiling cutout that corresponds to the exact installation size of the luminaire. The luminaire in turn covers the ceiling cut-out from below with a narrow edge. After inserting the lamp in the prepared ceiling cutout, the clamping and locking device can first be operated by pressing the screw / rack combination ( 4 ; 5 ). The lamp housing ( 8 ) is thereby secured against falling out. The screw ( 4 ) is guided up to a threaded hole ( 12 ). By turning the screw ( 4 ) a few turns, the tensioning lever ( 3 ) of the device is stretched over the rack ( 5 ) onto the ceiling ( 9 ).
Der Mechanismus kann durch Aushebeln der Formfeder (6) und
Lösen der Schraube (4) entspannt und gelöst werden.
Die Einspann- und Verriegelungsvorrichtung, bestehend aus
einem Gehäuse (2), Spannhebel (3), Zahnstange (5),
Schraube (4), Sicherungsscheibe (15) und ausklinkbarer
Formfeder (6) bildet eine selbständige Baugruppe, die so
konstruiert ist, daß ein Einrast- und Verriegelungselement
als Bestandteil des Gehäuses (2) zwei Funktionen beinhal
tet, nämlich das Gehäuse (2) mittels Rastnasen (14) mit dem
Leuchtengehäuse (8) form- und kraftschlüssig zu verbinden
und gleichzeitig als Verriegelungselement (7) für Leuchten
vorsatzteile (10) zu dienen (wie im Patent DE 41 27 206 A1
beschrieben). Die Baugruppe kann am Montageort einfach
ohne Werkzeug montiert und erforderlichenfalls mittels
Werkzeug demontiert werden. Dies erfolgt durch das Zu
sammendrücken der federnd wirkenden Rastnasen (14) so, daß
das Einrast- und Verriegelungselement (7) nach außen ge
drückt und die gesamte Vorrichtung (1) herausgeschwenkt und
entnommen werden kann. Dadurch können Leuchtengehäuse (8)
platzsparend gestapelt und transportiert werden. Die geo
metrische Form der Leuchte ist dabei unerheblich. Nach er
folgter Montage der Vorrichtung (1) und elektrischem An
schluß wird das Leuchtengehäuse (8) durch die Decken
öffnung der Deckenelemente geschoben. Der Spannhebel (3)
befindet sich in Einbaustellung (11). Durch Druck auf die
Kombination Schraube (4)/Zahnstange (5) wird derselbe in
die Sicherungsstellung (16) ausgeschwenkt und durch die
Formfeder (6) gesichert bis die Schraube (4) mit der Ge
windebohrung (12) in Eingriff kommt und Leuchtengehäuse (8)
und Einbaudecke (9) mit wenigen Umdrehungen von Schraube (4)
miteinander verspannt und sichert. Die Erfindung wird
nachstehend in einer Zeichnung, anhand eines dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispieles des Erfindungsgegenstandes, näher

The invention is explained in more detail below in a drawing based on an illustrated embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
