Description

Die Erfindung macht sich zur Aufgabe, einen preiswerten, aber gut funktionierenden Hinterschneiddübel für die Betonzugzone und andere harte Körper zu schaffen.
Beschreibung:
Die Scheibe 1 weist einen quadratischen Durchbruch 2 auf, dessen Eckmaß dem Bohrlochdurchmesser im zu befestigenden Untergrund entspricht. Sie hält die Winkelkeile 3 und 4 durch die Nase 5 in der Ausgangsposition. Durch Einschlagen des Winkelkeils 4 nach Einsetzen des Dübels bis dessen Stirnseite 6 mit der Stirnseite 7 des Winkelkeils 3 eine Ebene bildet, hinterschneidet der Winkelkeil 4 mit seiner Schneidkante 8 das Bohrloch, dabei rastet die Nase 9 des Winkelkeils 4 in die Ausnehmung 10 des Winkelkeils 3. In dieser Endposition sind die Winkelkeile 3 und 4 eingeklemmt in der Ausnehmung 2 der Scheibe 1. Die quadratische Schaftform des Dübels ermöglicht Befestigungen von Teilen mit schlitzförmigen Durchbrüchen, deren Schlitzbreiten kleiner sein können als die Bohrlochdurchmesser. Anstatt einer Nase 9 und einer Ausnehmung 10 können solche auch mehrfach vorhanden sein. Durch die rechteckige Querschnittsform der Winkelkeile 3 und 4 wird ein breiter und somit großer Hinterschnitt ermöglicht.

Claims (1)

  1. Keildübel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Scheibe 1 zwei an den Rückseiten aneinanderliegende Winkelkeile 3 und 4 umschließt.
