Description
Aus der europäischen Patentschrift 156 275 sind antimikrobiell wirksame Substanzen bekannt, die etwa durch Umsetzen von n-substituierten Propylen diaminen der FormelFrom European patent specification 156 275 are antimicrobial Substances known, for example, by reacting n-substituted propylene diamonds of the formula
R-NH-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-NH₂,R-NH-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-NH₂,
in der R für einen linearen Alkylrest mit 12-14 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, mit Verbindungen der Formelin which R represents a linear alkyl radical with 12-14 carbon atoms, with compounds of the formula
Im allgemeinen werden bei der Konfektionierung der Komponente U in flüs sigen Mitteln Isopropanol oder 1,2-Propylenglykol als Lösungsvermittler verwendet.in the R₁ an alkyl radical with 1-4 carbon atoms or a water Substance atom means, the molar ratio of the two reaction parts ner is 1: 1 to 1: 2, are available. The implementation products (white also called component U) may optionally be further mixed with ethylene or propylene oxide and / or with inorganic or organic acids be set. Such agents include additives to Reini detergents and disinfectants for textiles, for example in laundry to use. It is also known hereafter that for liquid Surfactant preparations of such agents are used as solvents other than water Liche organic solvents, especially alcohols and glycol ethers can turn. Diethylene glycol monobutyl ethers are not mentioned. Also per Poxylated fatty alcohol ethoxylates are not proposed as surfactants. WO 91/13965 describes aqueous agents for cleaning and disinfecting Articles known from medical facilities that meet the above mentioned antimicrobial substances and one or more orga African solvents, especially lower alcohols glycols and glycol ether, including diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. Though this ether will also come with a propoxylated fatty alcohol ethoxylate binary, but the specified recipe contains so many more stocks share that the teaching of the present invention is not derived therefrom could be. The use of such agents for cleaning and disin The finishing of textiles in washing machines is also not mentioned there. In general, when assembling the component U in rivers sigen means isopropanol or 1,2-propylene glycol as a solubilizer used.
In the manufacture of ready-to-sell cleaning agents and disinfectants for textiles in washing machines has now been found to be too clear better results are obtained when using mixtures of nonionic ten active and antimicrobial agents according to component U in water as non-ionic surfactant C₁₂-C₁₄ alkanol, reacted with 5 moles of ethylene oxide (EO) and then 4 moles of propylene oxide (PO) (Dehypon® LS 54) and as Solubilizer instead of isopropanol or 1,2-propylene glycol Diethy lenglycol monobutyl ether used. The recipes then remain prolonged storage time clear and fluid and show no cloudiness on, the viscosity of the agent depending on the tempera barely changes. Even after several months of storage in a climatic cabinet they remain changing temperatures between minus 10 ° C and plus 40 ° C stable and do not suffer phase separations. The confectionary in this way oned funds are easy to promote and dose, in particular in particular their good applicability in fully automatic machines guaranteed in commercial laundries. In this way, the valuable properties of the antimicrobial agent also for desin Use clothing for textiles.
