Abstract
Description
Die dominierenden Armaturen, von allen in der Wasserwirtschaft vorkommenden, sind die Keilschieber und die Plattenschieber durch hydraulisch günstiges Verhalten, kurze Baulängen und geringe Kosten. Diese Schieber sind allerdings reine Absperrarmaturen nur für Auf-Zu-Schaltungen. Für Stell- und Regelzwecke eignen sie sich nicht oder nur in sehr beschränktem Umfang; hierfür müssen relativ große, teure und mit größeren hydraulischen Verlusten be haftete Stellventile eingesetzt werden. Mit dem Drosselstrahlführungsrohr soll nun die Funktion der Ab sperrarmaturen von der Auf-Zu-Schaltung auch auf Zwischenstell ungen also auf Stell- und Regelzwecke erweitert werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird mit dem Drosselstrahlführungsrohr das mit Druckpulsationen behaftete und Kavitationserscheinungen verur sachende Wirbelgebiet von den Armaturen weitgehend ferngehalten wodurch die Lärmemission und Schwingungserscheinungen wesentlich vermindert werden.The dominant fittings, by everyone in the water industry occurring, the wedge gate valve and the knife gate valve are through hydraulically favorable behavior, short overall lengths and short Costs.
