Abstract

The plates (3,5) can have round, elliptical, or polygonal holes. The upper and lower plates are closed in the region (15,16) of the connecting bodies (12) so that the connecting body in between, as well as the longitudinal and transverse webs (10,11) of the support rack (4), form the three-dimensional support (1) with the plates. The dia. of the upwardly open blind holes to the diameter of the downwardly open blind holes is proportional to specified permissible tensile pressures. The blind holes and their bases taper conically downwards to prevent dirt deposits. USE/ADVANTAGE - For constructional supports, with a facility to take up creep and tensile pressure.

Description

The invention relates to a construction element which is used as a floor, ceiling part, wall or roof and as a pallet. The one-piece construction element offers a high degree of flexural rigidity in terms of the material and height used with regard to loads caused by forces and moments. The construction element ( 1 ) consists of perforated upper plate ( 3 ) and lower plate ( 5 ), the verbun by support grid ( 4 ) with connecting body ( 12 ) and thus form an optimal spatial structure ( 1 ).

The creep module EKZUG and the bending stress SIGMAZUG (permissible) are approx. 35% lower for plastics to be used than the corresponding creep modules EKDRUCK and compressive stress SIGMADRUCK (permissible). This difference is compensated according to the invention in that the diameter d 1 of the blind holes ( 8 ) on the pull side is proportional to the diameter d 2 of the blind holes ( 9 ) on the pressure side as the allowable compressive stresses to the allowable tensile stresses. Thus, the side lengths a, b of the connecting body ( 12 ) ( Fig. 7, 8, 9, 10) a: b = SIGMA PRINT (permissible): SIGMAZUG (permissible).

Claims (7)

One- piece spatial structure ( 1 ) to be used as a floor, ceiling, roof or wall element as well as a pallet ( 2 ) for absorbing loads and moments around all 3 axes. The structure ( 1 ) consists of an upper perforated plate ( 3 ), a lower perforated plate ( 5 ), a support grate ( 4 ) which connects the two perforated plates ( 3 , 5 ) in such a way that a hole ( 6 ) of the upper plate ( 3 ) opposite a closed field ( 7 ) of the lower plate ( 5 ) and thus blind holes ( 8 , 9 ) are formed alternately upwards and downwards. The support grid ( 4 ) consists of intersecting longitudinal and transverse webs ( 10 , 11 ). In the intersection of the webs ( 10 , 11 ) connecting bodies ( 12 ) are arranged. The connecting bodies ( 12 ) arranged in the corners of a field thus conduct the bending stresses caused by the transverse force both in the upper plate ( 3 ), e.g. B. as tensile stress as well as in the lower plate ( 5 ) the reaction voltage, ie the compressive stress further into the next field. The plates ( 3 , 5 ) have round holes ( 13 ), elliptical holes or polygonal (polygonal) holes ( 14 ). In the area ( 15 , 16 ) of the connecting body ( 12 ), the upper perforated plate ( 3 ) and the lower perforated plate ( 5 ) are closed, so that the intermediate connecting body ( 12 ) and longitudinal and transverse webs ( 10 , 11 ) of the support grate ( 4th ) form a spatial structure ( 1 ) in cooperation with the two perforated plates ( 3, 4 ). The diameter d 1 of the blind holes ( 8 ) to the diameter d 2 of the blind holes ( 9 ), like the permissible compressive stress SIGMA PRESSURE, is related to the permissible stress SIGMAZUG. It follows that the side lengths a to b of the connecting body ( 12 ) are: a: b = SIGMA PRESSURE (permissible): SIGMAZUG (permissible). The perforated plates ( 3 , 5 ) thus positively connected by the support grate ( 4 ) and connecting bodies ( 12 ) are thus an optimally constructed sandwich construction with regard to material expenditure, support height and resilience due to loads and moments. 2. Spatial structure ( 1 ) according to claim 1 such that the bottom closed-end blind holes ( 8 ) have a hole ( 18 ) for water drainage. 3. Spatial structure according to claim 2 such that the blind holes ( 8 ) and the bottom ( 19 ) are conically narrowed downward to prevent deposits of dirt. 4. Spatial structure ( 1 ) according to claim 1 such that a roller pallet ( 21 ) is formed by arranging edges ( 20 ) in the corners of the structure ( 1 ). 5. Spatial structure ( 1 ) according to claim 4 such that in the structure ( 1 ) Fen sternical ( 22 ) are arranged, in which when stacking the empty roller pallets ( 21 , 26 ) - bottom ( 23 ) against bottom ( 25 ) - each 2 wheels ( 20 ) of one roller pallet ( 21 ) are inserted into the window recesses ( 22 ) of the other roller pallet ( 26 ) assigned to them and vice versa. The roll pallets ( 23 , 26 ) stacked in this way can thus be safely stacked up as blocks of two ( 24 ) and need less than 40% of their volume when transported back.
