Description

The invention relates to an arrangement of a throttle valve in an exhaust duct Internal combustion engine according to the preamble of claim 1.

A throttle valve arrangement is already known from DE-A1 37 07 904, in which the Throttle valve in closed position with both flap sides against axial surfaces one in Exhaust duct strikes the existing rib.

The axial surfaces upstream and downstream of the throttle valve are created by Undercuts that are extremely accurate in relation to the throttle valve shaft bearing have to be manufactured, because in the closed position, an overdetermination of the Throttle valve holder exists, d. H. the throttle valve is either only with one Flap side against an axial surface, otherwise the throttle valve shaft is under Voltage has been mounted.

This creates an intolerable leak in the first case or one in the second case Stiffness of operation.

Therefore, from this publication is a proposal for the storage of a throttle valve shaft by means of dome-shaped bearing sleeves known, which are under spring force Support conical housing walls. This can cause misalignment existing bearing bores on both sides of the exhaust duct are compensated. In relation These measures do not pose any problem to the present invention Solvent.

Proceeding from this, the invention is therefore based on the object of solvents find with which greater tightness of the throttle valves  order is reached with the exclusion of difficult frequency of operation.

This task is indicated by in claim 1 benen, characteristic features have been solved. Before partial training is with the Unteran sayings.

An embodiment of the invention is in the Drawing shown and will be below wrote.

Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein Drosselgehäuse in Schwenkrichtung der Drosselklappe; Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a throttle housing in the pivoting direction of the throttle valve;

Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the housing in the throttle valve shaft direction.

Fig. 1 shows a throttle body 1 with connecting piece 2 , 3 and a rotatably mounted throttle valve shaft 4 , on which a throttle valve 5 is BEFE Stigt. The dashed curves 6 , 7 of the flap sides 8 , 9 lead to stop surfaces 10 , 11 of an undercut, on which the flap sides 8 , 9 in the closed position of the throttle valve 5 come to rest.

Fig. 2 shows the throttle valve 5 with Drosselklap penwelle 4 , which protrudes on both sides of an exhaust duct 12 through a bearing bore 13 to the outside. The left side of the throttle valve shaft 4 projects through a bearing sleeve 14 which is pressed against an axial wall 16 under the force of a spring 15 . On the other hand, the spring 15 is supported by a disk 17 inserted into the bearing bore 13 . The protruding through the disc 17 end of the throttle valve shaft 4 is verbun with an operating lever 18 . Between the actuating lever 18 and the bearing sleeve 14 , a spring 19 is clamped, which loads the Drosselklap penwelle 4 to the outside. This is supported by an axial bearing 20 , which is formed by a conical or spherical shoulder 21 of the shaft 4 and a conical recess 22 of the bearing sleeve 14 . The throttle valve shaft 4 is thus free of play in the axial direction.

The right side of the throttle valve shaft 4 is supported by means of a second bearing sleeve 14 , which is also loaded by a clamped spring 15 and bears against an axial wall 16 of the bearing bore 13 . The bore 13 is closed here by a closed disk 23 ge. After the days of the throttle valve shaft 4 and the throttle valve 5 , the throttle valve 5 is moved into its closed position, whereby the two flap sides 8 , 9 are pressed against the axial surface 10 , 11 of the undercuts. In the event of a dimensional deviation between the axial surfaces 10 , 11 , the throttle valve shaft bearing or the bores 13 and the throttle valve 5 , the La gerhülse 14 is aligned by radial migration on the axial walls 16 . The force of the spring 15 is dimensioned so that this aligned position of the La gerhülsen 14 is not changed during normal operation of the Drosselklap peneinrichtung.

So that the inventive Drosselklappenein direction has the least leakage and the Dros selklappenwelle 4 is not braced, whereby ge rings actuation forces are reached. Series production that can be operated with greater tolerances has also become achievable.
