Description

Die Zusatzanmeldung betrifft eine Vakuum-Beinschiene welche es ermöglicht das verletzte Bein auch in Winkellage zu fixieren.
Bei den bisher bekannten Ausführungsformen entsteht unterhalb des angewinkelten Kniegelenkes eine Staufalte welche eine Insta­ bilität beim Durchdrücken des Gelenkes verursacht. Hierdurch können Verschiebungen im verletzten Bereich auftreten die schmerzhafte Auswirkungen haben.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde diese Instabilität zu beheben und somit die Schmerzen zu mindern.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch eine verstellbare Gurtverbindung,welche im Bereich unterhalb des Kniegelenkes an der Beinschiene befestigt ist, gelöst. Fig. 1.
Durch diese Anordnung verlagert sich der Druck des Beines auf die Gurtverbindung, die Lage des Beines bleibt somit stabil. Die Verstellbarkeit der Gurtverbindung wird erreicht, indem das Gurtband einseitig fest mit der Beinschiene verbunden ist. Fig. 1 Pos. m. Am anderen Ende wird dieses durch eine Öse zurück­ geführt wird. Fig. 1 Pos. n. Um eine stufenloses Verstellen zu ermöglichen ist es zweckmäßig den Verstellmechanismus mittels Klettband auszuführen.

Claims (1)

  1. Vakuum-Beinschiene mit integrierter Fußstütze dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine verstellbare Gurtverbindung unterhalb des Kniegelenkes angebracht ist. Fig. 1 Pos. m Pos. n.
