Einstellbare Meßdüse. Zur Bestimmung kleinster Gasmengen, die von einem Raum in den andern strömen, hat man sich bisher eines durch Mikrometerschraube verstellbaren Nadelventils bedient. Dieses genügte aber den gesteigerten Anforderungen an Genauigkeit nicht mehr, so daß man beispielsweise bei der Eichung von Hochvakuumpumpen Fehler von verhältnismäßig hohem Prozentsatz zuzulassen gezwungen war. Das Bedürfnis nach einer genauen und zuverlässigen Meßdüse lag daher vor. Durch die Erfindung wird es befriedigt. Danach besteht diese Meßdüse aus einem zylindrischen Rohrstück, das in die Leitung für die zu messende Gasmenge eingeschaltet ist, und einem darin praktisch ohne Spiel gleitenden, achsial durch Mikrometerschraube verschiebbaren, zylindrischen Stift, der auf einer Seite einen' ebenen, gegen die Stiftachse schwach geneigten Anschliff besitzt.Adjustable measuring nozzle.
