Manschettenhalter. Um das unangenehme Vorgleiten der Manschette aus
dem Rockärmel. zu verhüten, sind bereits die verschiedensten Haltevorrichtungen,
wie Klammern u. dgl., vorgeschlagen worden. Eine praktische Bauart hat sich aber
bis zum heutigen Tag noch, nicht eingeführt. Dabei empfindet es jedermann wünschenswert,
eine Klammer o. dgl. zu haben, die es ihm bei gewissen Arbeiten ermöglicht, die
Manschetten. vollständig innerhalb des Ärmels verdeckt festzuhalten. Hierbei bestehen
die Forderungen, daß sie leicht an- und abzulegen sind, wenig .auffällig sind und
beim Schreiben, Zeichnen usw. nicht dadurch stören, daß der Arm mit der Klammer
in Berührung kommt. Alle bisherigen Vorrichtungen genügen diesen drei Hauptforderungen
nicht oder nur teilweise.
Es sind bereits Manschettenhalter bekannt
geworden, welche am außen liegenden Ende mit zwei hakenförmigen Bügeln zur Aufnahme
des Manschetten- bzw. Ärmelrandes versehen sind. Diese Halter dienen jedoch nur
zur Regelung des aus dem Ärmel hervorragenden Manschettenrandes, erfüllen also eine

Die Erfindung bezieht sich nun auf einen solchen Manschettenhalter,
bei welchem obigen drei Hauptforderungen Rechnung getragen ist, und besteht im wesentlichen
darin, daß die hakenförmigen Bügel Teile eines starren Rahmens sind und in sie die
Schenkel einer Feder hineinragen, die unter Wirkung eines gemeinsamen Spreizorgans
stehen. Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt,
und zwar zeigen Abb. i und 2 einen Längsschnitt durch den Halter für sich und im
Gebrauch. Abb. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Abb. 2 und Abb. q. den

in nur wenig auffälliger Weise von dem kurzen, außen sichtbaren Büge13" umfaßt.
Aus Gründen der Unauffälligkeit ist der die Manschettehaltende Bügel 3' kürzer,
damit er möglichst im Ärmel verschwindet. Die beiden Bügel 3' und g" des Rahmens
3 sind durch einen Steg 3"' verbunden. Dieser Steg 3"' ist mit einer Bohrung versehen.
In dieser und in einer unteren Bohrung 6 des Rahmens 3 ist ein in der Längsrichtung
verschiebbarer Druckbolzen.? geführt. Dieser oben mit einer Druckplatte 8 versehene
Bolzen 7 hat eine Verdickung 9. Im Rahmen 3 lagert eine Feder i o, deren Enden durch
Längsschlitze 18 beider Längsschenkel des Rahmens ragen. Nach Abb. i ist der Bolzen
7 so weit zurückgezogen, daß ein Sicherungsstift i i des Bolzens am Steg 3"' abstößt.
Die Verdickung 9 des Bolzens liegt gerade an der Feder io an, ohne sie zu spreizen.
Soll der Halter angelegt werden, so führt man ihn derart in den Rockärmel ein, daß
dessen und der Manschette Außenrand in die Bügel 3' und 3" zu liegen kommen, wie
Abb. 2 zeigt. Die Befestigung des Halters erfolgt nun durch Druck auf die Platte
8 des Bolzens 7, wodurch die Verdickung 9 die Schenkel der Feder io auseinanderpreßt
und Manschetten- und Ärmelrand gleichzeitig in den Bügeln 3' und g" festgeklemmt
werden. Das Abnehmen des Halters geht in der Weise vor sich, daß man. mit den Fingern
den Bolzen 7 zurückzieht, wobei sich die Feder entspannt und gleichzeitig Ärmel-
