Elektro-Heizkörper, deren Heizwirkung auf der Induktionswirkung auf eine Kurzschlußwindung beruht, sind bereits bekannt, jedoch nur in der Form eines starren und von vornherein in bestimmter Länge herzustellenden Körpers. Demgegenüber zeichnet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand dadurch aus, daß der Heizkörper als biegsamer Strang von beliebiger Länge hergestellt und ein solcher Strang ίο entsprechend den Erfordernissen des einzelnen Verwendungsfalles in Stücke von beliebiger Länge zerschnitten werden kann.
