Ferner wird bei unterteilten Isolatoren durch die Anbringung des Spannungsanzeigers der elektrische Sicherheitsgrad stark herabgesetzt, den man zwar durch Hinzufügung eines weiteren Gliedes ausgleichen kann, wodurch aber die Baulänge wesentlich. größer wird. Um nun diese Nachteile zu beseitigen, wird nach vorliegender Erfindung die Fußplatte des Isolators vergrößert und gegen Erde isoliert, so daß sie mit der Erde einen Kondensator bildet.
