The invention is based on a gear machine (pump or motor)
according to the genus of the main claim. It is with gear machines
generally known that it is due to the non-uniformity of the volume
current to pressure pulsations with the associated noise
is coming. Frequency and level of the pressure pulsations are among others
the speed of the machine and the gear geometry of the gears
pending.
So ergibt
verlaufende Druckpulsation doppelter Frequenz. In ungünstigen Fällen
(DE 38 09 721 C1).For gear machines with two gear pairs, which are separated by one

progressive pressure pulsation of double frequency. In unfavorable cases
can therefore lead to an excitation of the pump and / or connected
Systems come to vibrations and thus increased noise. It is
known a gear machine with only one gear pair
whose gears have different numbers of teeth. There
is the torque resulting from the hydraulic pressure
so divided between the two gears that the highest possible
part of the torque is generated directly on the driving gear. Of the
mechanical efficiency is thereby improved. The problem
however, the pressure pulsations are not addressed there

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
The gear machine according to the invention with the characteristic note
paint the two independent claims 1 and 4 has the other hand
Advantage that the combination of gear pairs with under
different numbers of teeth a quiet operation is achieved.
Due to the inharmonious behavior of the flow pulse
tion of the gear machine, the excitation to vibrations is almost
completely prevented. It is also advantageous that it already exists
whose gear pairs can be used. This allows the
Gear machine of simple design and inexpensive
be put.
The further developments listed in the subclaims make improvements to the features specified in claims 1 and 4 possible. It has proven to be particularly advantageous to select the number of teeth of the gear pairs so that gears of one pair of gears each have n teeth and the gears of the other pair of gears each have n + 1 teeth. As a result, the course of the flow pulsation is repeated only after a complete rotation ( 2 f) of the gears.

Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
A duo gear pump 10 shown in FIG. 1 consists of a housing 11 , which is closed on the respective end faces of a base plate 12 or an end plate 13 . The housing 11 has a continuous recess 14 in which the gears 16 , 17 , 18 and 19 are arranged. The gear wheels 16 and 17 , which are in external engagement, form the gear wheel pair 20 . The gears 18 and 19 are also in external engagement and form the toothed wheel pair 21st The gear pairs 20 and 21 are separated by an intermediate plate 22 . There are thus two separate conveying units with a common suction chamber 23 and pressure chamber 24 . A version with two conveyor units each in its own housing is also conceivable. Each delivery unit has its own suction and pressure chamber. The volume flows of the conveyor units are then merged elsewhere. The toothed wheels 16 and 18 are driven via a common drive shaft 25 . The drive shaft 25 is driven by a motor, not shown, and is mounted in the bearing bodies 26 and 27 . The shaft journals of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 and 19 are stored in bearing bodies 26 , 27 , 28 and 29 . A seal 30 ensures the seal from the drive shaft 25 to the end plate 13 .
In FIGS. 2 and 3, the gear pairs 20 and 21 provides greater detail Darge. The gears 16 , 17 of the pair of gears 20 each have twelve teeth, the gears 18 , 19 of the pair of gears 21 each have ten teeth. If the gears 16 and 18 are now rotated by the drive shaft 25 , for example counterclockwise, the complementary gears 17 and 19 move clockwise, and a pressure medium sucked in via the suction space 23 is conveyed into the tooth spaces while pressure builds up in the pressure space 24 .
Fig. 4 stellt die entstehenden Förderstrompulsationen dar. Q1 kenn
Fig. 4 shows the resulting flow pulsations. Q1 indicates the course of the flow pulsations of the gear pair 20 and Q2 the flow of the flow pulsations of the gear pair 21st Corresponding to the different number of teeth of the gear wheels 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 of the gear pairs 20 and 21 , the curve Q1 has flow pulsations of lower amplitude but higher frequency compared to the curve of the flow pulsations Q2. Both the flow pulsations Q1 and the flow pulsations Q2 are repeated during the complete revolution (2π) of the gear pairs 20 , 21 in terms of frequency and amplitude. The curve of the total flow pulsations Q3 results from adding the curves of the flow pulsations Q1 and Q2 at the respective angle of rotation. The course of the flow pulsations Q3 changes up to half a revolution (π) of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 with regard to its frequency and amplitude. This behavior is advantageous in terms of noise emission, since no lei frequency or amplitude is preferred. Since after every half revolution (π) of the gearwheels the initial situation of the teeth is the same again, the curve of the delivery flow pulsations Q3 is also repeated after every half revolution. Since the flow rate pulsation Q3 results from the flow rate pulsations Q1 and Q2, other courses of the number of teeth of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 also show other courses of the flow rate pulsations Q1, Q2 and Q3. Depending on the application, the noise can be influenced in a favorable manner.
z. B. am Zahnrad 19, auszugleichen. Fig. 5 shows a detail of an embodiment in which the number of teeth of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 are selected so that at least three of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 have different numbers of teeth. In this case, it is necessary to the different ratios of the gear pairs 20 , 21 by an additional bearing body 31 on one of the gears 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , z. B. on the gear 19 to compensate.
FIGS. 6 and 7 show another embodiment of a Duozahn wheel pump 10 a, the gear wheels 16 a, 17 a of the gear pair 20 a depending weils twelve teeth and the gear wheels a pair of gears 21a, respectively eleven teeth have 18 a, 19. In accordance with their different number of teeth, the curves of the delivery flow pulsations Q4 and Q5 and the total delivery flow pulsations Q6 result in FIG. 8. Here, the curve of the total flow pulsations Q6 is composed as in the diagram according to FIG. 4 as an addition of the flow pulsations Q4 and Q5. It can be seen that in this case the course of the total flow pulsations Q6 is repeated only after a complete continuous rotation (2π) of the gear wheels. Since after one complete rotation of the gearwheels the starting position of the gearwheels is repeated relative to one another, regardless of the number of teeth of the individual gearwheels, this also represents the case of a long-lasting inharmonic total flow pulsation. This case always occurs for geometrical reasons when the number of teeth of the gears 16 a, 17 a, 18 a, 19 a of the gear pairs 20 a, 21 a differ by one.
