Abstract
Description
The present invention is concerned with mechanizing the Glazing of annealed ceramic articles, especially of Flatware, whereby in extreme cases the flatware is flat Bowl is. Glazing flatware has been done so far manually or mechanized by spraying, pouring or dipping. The use of robots has so far failed because the required movements not reproducible and could be effectively controlled to subjective and to eliminate machine-related glazing defects. As a problem proved particularly in robot use Article holder, which also with the required curvilinear Movements that hold the ceramic articles. Task of Invention is immersion and immersion of the annealed ceramic article through the glaze while maintaining the usual throughputs mechanically under constant to secure item-specific conditions. An essential one The problem with this is to develop a dish holder that will annealed ceramic articles during all necessary Sequences of movement when passing through the glaze stops. Here are due to the possible differences in body geometry Different dishes for hollow bodies and flatware recordings required. The present invention includes a tableware holder for flatware with feet. The Flatware holder holds the ceramic article on several Point the foot in a punctiform manner throughout the entire movement through the glaze.
To ensure the throughput quantity, 2 are preferably flat Dish recordings arranged side by side in parallel.
Dabei zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail with the drawings. Show:

On the base bar 1 , which is controllably connected to a robot arm via known robot mounting adapters 7 , 2 or more flatware receptacles are preferably arranged in parallel next to one another. The flatware receptacles are at least 3 claw bars 4 , 5 , 6 , which are preferably arranged at a regular angle to one another and are firmly connected at one end to support bar 2 and these in turn to base bar 1 , as can be seen in FIG. 1. At the free end of the claw bars 4 , 5 , 6 , receiving claws 3 are arranged, which are suitably adapted to the flatware foot, as shown in FIGS . 2a to 2e. The annealed ceramic flatware is positioned by means of a cord drive and brought to the removal point and the foot diameter of the ceramic flatware is determined electronically. The value determined in this way is forwarded to the robot controller and the robot arm picks up the basic rod 1 with the appropriate flatware receptacles from the magazine. The flat plate recordings take on the receiving claws 3, the flatware 8 am Flachgeschirrfuß 9 and lead it through the glaze tub. The glaze pan is not shown. The glazed flatware is set down and fed for further processing. The glaze runs at the areas of the flatware base that are covered by the claws and manual re-glazing is not necessary. The flatware receptacles can now pick up the next annealed flatware or be placed back in the magazine. The ends of the receiving claws, but also the entire device, can be made with a glaze-repellent coating or made of glaze-repellent material.
