Jedem der über die Programmwähleinrichtung 4 anwählbaren Waschprogramme ist ein maximales Wäschegewicht zugeordnet. Die idealen Wäschegewichte für die anwählbaren Waschprogramme sind in der Programmsteuereinrichtung der Waschmaschine, die auch einen entsprechenden Signalverarbeitungsbaustein aufweist, abgespeichert. Das Gewicht (Ist-Gewicht) des in die Wäschetrommel eingefüllten Waschgutes wird ständig mit dem einem angewählten Waschprogramm zugeordneten maximalen Wäschegewicht verglichen und bei Über- oder Unterschreitung des vorgenannten Wäschegewichtes wird neben der Ist- Gewichtsanzeige im Anzeigefenster 5 für den Waschmaschinen- Benutzer zusätzlich ein Warn- bzw. Hinweissignal ausgelöst. Die Ausgabe des Warnsignals kann beispielsweise akustisch durch Ertönen eines Warntones, optisch durch Aufleuchten einer LED-Lampe, Blinken oder durch eine farbliche Veränderung der Wäschegewichtsanzeige 5 in der Blende 2 erfolgen.The drum washing machine 1 , shown in simplified form in the drawing, has an operating panel 2 with a temperature selector and a washing program selector 3 or 4 and a display window 5 of a known weighing and weight display device for the laundry loaded into the washing drum of the machine. Claims (2)

Trommelwaschmaschine od. dgl. mit einer Waschgutwiegeeinrichtung und einer Gewichtsanzeige für das in die Wäschetrommel eingefüllte Waschgut sowie mit einer Programmsteuereinrichtung zur Steuerung des Waschvorganges und einer Programmwähleinrichtung zum Einstellen des gewünschten Waschprogramms, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschgutwiegeeinrichtung bzw. die Gewichtsanzeige (5) mit der Programmwähleinrichtung (4) gekoppelt ist und jeden der anwählbaren Waschprogramme ein maximales Wäschegewicht zugeordnet ist, wobei das Gewicht des in die Wäschetrommel eingefüllten Waschgutes mit dem einem angewählten Waschprogramm zugeordneten maximalen Wäschegewicht verglichen und bei Über- oder Unterschreitung des vorgenannten Gewichtes ein Signal ausgelöst wird.1. drum washing machine or the like.
