Eine optimale Wärmeableitung wird erzielt, wenn das Halbleiterschaltelement unmittelbar an der Abdeckhaube befestigt ist, d. h. unmittelbaren metallischen Kontakt mit dem Material der Abdeckhaube hat. Die Abdeckhaube kann trotz der unmittelbaren Anordnung des Halbleiterschaltelementes an dieser aus Metall bestehen, da das Sauggebläse innerhalb des geschlossenen, aus Kunststoff bestehenden Staubsaugergehäuses angeordnet ist und somit keine Möglichkeit der Berührung des Sauggebläses besteht.The task is solved after Invention in that the semiconductor switching element heat is conductively connected to the cover of the suction fan. Am Außenumfang der Abdeckhaube 6 ist ein im Steuerkreis des Gebläsemotors 5 liegendes Halbleiterschalt element 9 angeordnet. Das Halbleiterschaltelement 9 kann unmittelbar an der Abdeckhaube 6 angeordnet werden, so daß es mit seinem Gehäuse direkt an der Abdeckhaube 6 anliegt.
