Abstract

The roller-type punch stamps documents etc in two colours. It has two rollers (7, 8) with type faces. Ein Rollen in die falsche Richtung ist durch den Rück­ laufverhinderer nicht möglich.
Die mit Stempeltypen (21) bestückten Stempelrollen (7+8) übertragen bei diesem Arbeitsgnag die beiden Farben paßgenau auf das Medium.
Die Paßgenauigkeit wird durch die Zahnradkombina­ tion (3, 4+5) gewährleistet und kann durch Ausrücken des Mittelzahnrades (5) von den beiden Zahnrädern (7+8) getrennt werden, die somit in ihrer Druckpositi­ on verdreht werden können.
Am Ende des Stempelvorgangs greift der Stopzahn (6) den Stopbolzen (10), drückt ihn von der 10a- in die 10-b Stellung und beendet den Stempelvorgang, wobei der Anwender deutlich den Widerstand spürt.
Durch die Vertikalfedern (13) wird nach jedem Stem­ pelvorgang das Gehäuse (12) nach oben gedrückt (12a) und somit der Stopbolzen durch die Rückholfeder (11) in die Anfangsstellung (10a) zurückgeführt.
Somit wird der Stopzahn (6) wieder für einen erneuten Rollvorgang frei.
Bei jedem Stempelvorgang wird frische Tinte von den Farbrollen (1+2) auf die Stempelrollen (7+8) übertra­ gen.In practice, it looks like this:
