Description
The invention is a Paint with a metallic sheen. So far one used for such paints Graphite paints, with the graphite mixed with varnish or the like on the paint to be painted Surface is painted on. The graphite paints now have the desired metallic finish Shine ; but they are neither durable enough on iron nor on wood, because they stain after the paint has dried. Also, such graphite colors are only whole for one certain color tint applicable.
The present invention consists in the use of ground coal slag for the paints, which, like graphite, are mixed with varnish and then is painted in the same way as the graphite paints. By using In contrast to the known paints, ground coal slag becomes metallic Shine should have achieved significant advantages. First is the coal slag, which can be taken from the room furnaces, boiler furnaces and blast furnaces, a waste product and, as such, extremely cheap. Furthermore are in the coal slag all colors available, so that all colors are produced when using the coal slag can be and finally the ground coal slag, with varnish or the like. Applied to iron, wood or the like, a connection with its base, through which the paint no longer rubs off. So the new process makes it a Achieve paint that is cheaper to manufacture that use all Allows for color tones whose durability is greater and which are the same beautiful metallic luster than the expensive, poor-holding graphite paint. Naturally the painting could also be done after your bronzing process in such a way that the base is varnished and the ground coal slag on the varnish layer is dusted up.
