Description

Verfahren zur Wiederverarbeitung der Abfälle von trockenem gehärteten Kunsthorn aus Kasein und Leim. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Wiederverarbeitung der Abfälle von trockenem gehärteten Kunsthorn aus Kasein und Leim, bei dem die zerkleinerten Abfälle in erhitzten Formen gepreßt werden, und besteht darin, daß die Formen während des Pressens evakuiert werden, was an sich bei der Verarbeitung weicher Abfälle bereits bekannt ist. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß die Kasein- bzw. Leimteilchen sich zu einer festen, zusammenhängenden Masse vereinigen. Das Verfahren wird beispielsweise folgendermaßen ausgeführt: Fein zerkleinerte Abfallspäne werden in einer Preßform, die evakuiert wird, bei einer Temperatur von 9o bis 130'C einem Druck von rao kg 'qcm oder darüber ausgesetzt.
