Description

Verfahren zum Herstellen von Ortpfählen. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Ortpfählen, insbesondere aus Eisenbeton, mittels eines Vortreibrohres, in das fertige Pfähle eingesetzt werden. Das Neue besteht darin, daß das Vortreibrohr durch einen aufgeschraubten Deckel abgeschlossen und zwecks Verdrängung des innen anstehenden Grundwassers unter einen entsprechenden Luftdruck gesetzt wird, worauf das Fußstück unter gleichzeitigem Abheben des Vortreibrohres durch Einpressen flüssigen Mörtels mit Hilfe eines höheren Luftdruckes hergestellt wird. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß Pfähle im Wasser ohne die üblichen Hilfsmittel mit größter Sicherheit und in einfacher Weise im Boden befesti-t werden ZD können. In den Abb. i bis 3 der Zeichnung sind einzelne Stufen des Verfahrens in senkrechten Schnitten beispielsweise dargestellt.Method of making in-place piles.
