Description

Man erhält z. Process for the production of effective hormone preparations. While there is a There are a number of hormones that mutually promote each other's effects also others who seem antagonistic. But one does not have to assume that the Elri River the individual hormones in the latter case is simply canceled, rather is through their chemical compound modifies their action and the biological conditions adapted to the organism. Based on this line of thought, we have succeeded in creating a simple way for therapeutic utilization antagonistic or synergistic to find effective hormones. You only need two or more correlative to each other to combine adjusted hormones in a suitable manner, as it were in statu nescendi, in order to arrive at preparations which, depending on the nature of the individual components Are able to influence the organism in the desired manner. The manufacture of such Products are made in such a way that you can use the fresh or well-preserved hormone-containing products Organs or endocrine glands together extremely fine, z. B. with the help of a colloid mill, dispersed. Through the joint processing of the glands concerned, the biological-chemical union of the hormones at the moment of their release reached the relevant gland cells. Eventually it becomes expedient to get an exemption to achieve an electroosmotic cleaning of the unwanted dietary fiber obtained preparations carried out. One obtains z. B. by association of the pancreatic hormone with the hormones of the adrenal gland a product that is not inherent in adrenaline Hyperglycemia as well as a harmful increase in blood pressure causes, but in excellent Way to bring blood pressure to normal levels and maintain it there. A number of other effective preparations can also be made in this way, so you can z. B. by union of thyroid and ovarian hormones according to the present method win a suitable agent for combating obesity. Example. One takes from a freshly slaughtered animal (cattle or horse, the at the level of digestion) so quickly that there is no decomposition in the glands to be processed, the pancreas, chopped up the same very quickly in a wolf and bring this chopped up pulp at six - also roughly chopped up and removed as soon as possible and now stored in ice or liquid air - adrenal glands in a colloid grinder. Appropriate if a small amount of physiological saline solution is added to the mixture, see above that a thin pulpy mass is created. After about 3 to ¢ minutes, the mixture is dispersed or converted into a colloidal state. You will then immediately brought into alcohol and optionally by dialysis or z. B. on faster .Way electroosmotic away from the Fiber free. The one won in this way liquid product is concentrated as usual.
