Claims (6)

1. Gebauter flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Ver­ brennungsmotoren, bestehend aus einem die Kolben­ ringe aufnehmenden Kolbenkopf und einem Kolben­ schaft, die durch eine Zentralverschraubung mit­ einander verbunden sind, bei dem der Kopf und der Schaft auf einem inneren radial innerhalb und ei­ nem äußeren radial außerhalb des Kolbenkopf­ schwerkreises liegenden Ringbereich aufeinander­ liegen, bei dem ferner in dem Bereich radial zwi­ schen diesen ringförmigen Auflagen ein an beide Teile angrenzender Kühlölringkanal vorgesehen ist, der durch den Abstützungsbereich hindurch mit einem zentralen sich zwischen Kopf und Schaft erstreckenden Kühlraum verbunden ist, wobei der zentrale Kühlraum einen zum Kurbelraum führenden Abfluß besitzt und bei dem die Zentralverschrau­ bung aus einer Dehnschraube besteht, die auf den Kolbenkopf im Motorbetrieb wirkende Massenkräfte aufnimmt und die mit ihrem einen ein Gewinde auf­ weisenden Ende in den Kolbenkopf eingreift, wäh­ rend sie sich mit dem sich an ihrem zweiten Ende befindlichen Schraubenkopf an dem Schaft ab­ stützt, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale
  • a) die über die innere Abstützungsringfläche (5) von dem Kopf (1) in den Schaft (2) eingelei­ teten Zündkräfte werden innerhalb des Schaf­ tes (2) über einen hohlkegelförmigen sich zum Schaftende hin erweiternden Stützring (7) auf die Naben des Schaftes (2) übertragen,
  • b) radial innerhalb des Hohlkegel-Stützringes (7) ist ein von der Zündkraftaufnahme abge­ koppelter Kragen (8) zur Abstützung der Dehn­ schraube (3) angeformt.
