Description
Vorrichtung zur Veränderung der Liefermenge von Pumpen mittels eines Hilfskolbens. Es ist bereits bekannt, die Liefermenge fron Kolbenpumpen dadurch zu verändern, daß ein Hilfskolben in der gleichen Achse dem Arbeitskolben gegenüber angeordnet wird, der gegen den Druck von Federn, Gewichten o.(1-1. verschiebbar ist. -- Bei diesen Pumpen hängt die gelieferte Menge von dem Druck in der Druckleitung ab, da sich der Hilfskolben entsprechend dem wechselnden Druck in der Druckleitung mehr oder weniger bewegen wird. Die gelieferte Menge wird daher auch verschieden ausfallen. Um eine gleichin:ißige Liefermenge zu erzielen, wird erfindtnigsgeniäß die Anderung der gelieferten Flüssigkeitsmenge unabhängig von dein Druck in der Druckleitung gemacht, indem eine Feder zwischen Arbeit:l;olben und Hilfskolben eingeschaltet ist, um diese so -,weit voneinander entfernt zu halten, als die Länge der Stange und der an der Stange vorgesehene l'>ttti(l -estattet, wenn der Kolben sich in seinem Auswärtshub befindet.Device for changing the delivery rate of pumps by means of a Auxiliary piston. An dein Ende des l'lungers ist eine Führung oder Stoffbuchse P eingeschraubt oder in anderer Weise befestigt, durch welche die Kolbenstange cl des Hilfskolbens c hindurchgeht. Das Ende der Kolbenstange c l besitzt einen Bund c2 von kleinerem Durchmesser als der Durchmesser des Zylinders a, wobei der Bund in einer Längsbohrung b2 des Plangers b sich frei verschieben kann. Wenn der Planger sich in der äußeren Totlage befindet, so wird, wie (lies Abb. I zeigt, der Bund c-2 der Stange cl gegen die Stoffbuchse b1 anliegen und hierdurch verhindert werden, daß der Kolben c aus dem Planger herausrutscht.
