Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a screed mixture according to the preamble of claim 1.
Wood-concrete screeds made from wood chips, bound with various chemical agents, are known. Such screeds often form bubbles and also show cracks. The Resistance to abrasion is low.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved screed of bubbles to a much lesser extent than known screeds and tends to crack and has increased abrasion resistance.
According to the invention, the characteristic ones serve to solve the stated problem Features of claim 1. Claims 2 and 3 relate to preferred further developments the mixture according to the invention.
The product according to the invention is a screed mixture which only hydraulic binders, such as cement or gypsum, is required.
The screed mix consists of wooden flakes with a preferred flake size 4 to 8 mm, it being essential that the wood flakes are dedusted to to achieve a good bond in the finished screed. The wooden flakes continue impregnated against moisture absorption. The flakes are made with rigid foam Granules or flakes, e.g. B. Styrofoam, and ceramic chips (mineral chips) in balanced dosage blended, depending on the quantitative ratio of each Components come together. The aggregate mix consists of two room parts the aforementioned wood flakes, one to one and a half room parts rigid foam Granules with a grain size of 3 to 6 mm and 1/6 to 1/3 ceramic fragments one Grain size from 0 to 5 mm. This mixture gives after adding the hydraulic Binder is a scoop-compatible, spreadable mass that does not require mechanical compaction, after drying, the desired warm floor screed results. The degree of hardness the screed can also be regulated by selecting the amount of ceramic content. Careful dedusting of the wood flakes is necessary, as it is otherwise with non-machine Densification would lead to undesirable nesting. The processing Favorable small parts in the screed mass are added by the Ceramic splinter reached. Bricks, gas-concrete semolina, Perlite, pumice stone semolina, slag granules, expanded clay and the like. Ä. used. All of these materials, as well as the wood flakes, are environmentally friendly products, that come from recycling processes.
