Bei Reparaturvorrichtungen dieser Art kommt es darauf an, die Wärme zum Aushärten des faserverstärkten Zusatzkunststoffs möglichst gleichmäßig in die Reparaturstelle einzuleiten. Nach einem internen Stand der Technik wird die Wärme durch elektrische Heizmatten oder durch Infrarotstrahler erzeugt. Bei Verwendung von Heizmatten ergibt sich eine ungleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung. Die Fig. 1 veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Reparaturvorrichtung für CFK-Monolithbauteile mit Doppel-T-Stringerprofilen, das aus drei Grundwerkteilen besteht, nämlich den beiden, je mit einer schrägen Fläche versehenen Abdeckelementen 11a, 11b und dem dazwischengelagerten, konisch geformten Kernteil 12, der mit einer Nut 12a versehen ist, die sich ihrer Tiefe nach bis über die Hälfte des Kernquerschnitts erstreckt. In diese Nut 12a werden an ihrem mit Radien versehenen Boden die Heizstäbe 13a, 13b eingeklebt und über Leitungen 14 mit dem Stromnetz verbunden. Im zusammengebauten Zustand bildet der Alu-Heizkörper 10 einen rechteckigen Stab. Hierdurch wird eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung in dem oder den Heizkörpern 10 gewährleistet. Für die vorgesehenen Reparaturarbeiten - insbesondere im Flugzeugbau - an den Doppel-T-Stringerprofilen W sind Längen für die aus Aluminium gefertigten Heizkörper 10 von 280 bis 400 mm erforderlich und dementsprechend auch angepaßte Heizstabablängen.
