Description

Vorrichtung zur Sicherung der Drehbewegung der Förderräder von Zahnradpumpen mit zur Leistungsänderung achsialer Verstellbarkeit. Die Zahnradpumpen, bei denen die Veränderung der Fördermenge dadurch bewirkt wird, daß die fördernden Zahnräder gegeneinander in achsialer Richtung verschoben, also in ihrer Eingriffsbreite verändert werden, haben den Nachteil, daß die Fördermenge nicht bis Null herabgemindert werden kann, weil die fördernden Zahnräder in diesem Falle außer Eingriff kommen würden und beim erneuten Ineinanderschieben die Zähne beschädigt werden könnten. Es sind deshalb besondere Vorrichtungen notwendig, um das mitlaufende, außer Eingriff gebrachte fördernde Zahnrad auf gleicher Drehzahl zu erhalten wie in eingerücktem Zustande.Device for securing the rotary movement of the conveyor wheels of gear pumps with axial adjustability to change the output.
