Die Möglichkeit, wechselweise Zug- oder Druckversuche an einer Maschine auszuführen - wie dies bei ,der Prüfmaschine mit Meßdose als Kraftmesser gegeben ist -,war bisher hier nicht vorhanden.Testing machine with lever balance for tensile and compression tests. Bei Druckversuchen dient die Pfanne 6, bei Zugversuchen dienen die beiden nach unten gerichteten Pfannen 7 als Übertragungselemente. Der Wiegebalken ist wechselweise in den beiden Punkten 8 und 9 drehbar. Wenn an der Stelle 8 Schneide und Pfanne in Anlage sind, der Hebel sich also um diesen Punkt dreht, ist die Waage für Druckversuche verwendbar. An dem Punkt 9 sind dann Schneide und Pfanne nicht in Berührung. Umgekehrt sind bei Druckversuchen an der Stelle 9 die Elemente in Anlage, so daß dieserPunkt alsDrehpunkt dient.
