Roller conveyor for sliding doors and the like is the subject of the invention
a roller conveyor for sliding doors o. the like. Of the kind in which the rollers
are loosely arranged between the support and running rails and when moving the load
these rollers with their outer circumference on the lower support rail and
roll with their lateral pin on the guide rails, while at the same time
a device is provided to prevent the door from bouncing
Move
prevented. The essence of the invention lies in relation to these known devices
in that laterally below the roller pin each a wavy rail
is arranged, on which the role falls when the load is lifted and this through the
Corrugation is prevented from rolling further.
Vertiefungen in entsprechendem Abstand versehen.
In the drawing: Fig. I shows such a roller table in side view, Fig. 2 is a vertical section of Fig. Z, and Fig. 3 shows a view from above with partial omission of the running rails d, i. a is the support rail for the load, which is attached to the wall by means of angle iron or the like. On its upper edge or running surface, the roller b, which is correspondingly twisted around its circumference and provided with lateral pins c, moves. The roller is housed in a roller table which consists of the two running rails d, d and the supporting brackets e, e connecting them and the two angled rails f, f . The door or load to be moved is firmly attached to the support brackets. The angle rails f, f are provided on their overhead legs with waves or elevations and depressions at an appropriate distance. In the state of use, i.e. when the load hangs on the roller b, its circumference lies on the support rail a, while press the guide rails d onto the roller journals c, as shown in the drawing. If the door is suddenly stopped when the door is moved quickly, the door or the load is usually lifted at the same time, the roller b falls onto the rail attached below it and rolls on it, if it is held smoothly, as a result of the still acting Inertia continues so that when the load returns to its normal hanging position, it is no longer in the right place, but is offset. This is now prevented by the arrangement of the shafts or the like on the lateral angle rails f, f .
Weise wirken.Instead of the rollers, similar or identical balls can also be used
Arrangement can be provided and can also use corrugated rails in a corresponding manner
Act wisely.
