Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Schwefelverbindungen. Es wurde gefunden, daß den durch Einwirkung von Acetylen auf Kupfer oder dessen Verbindungen erhaltenen Polymerisations-bzw. Kondensationsprodukten des Acetylens, die unter dem Namen Cupren bekannt sind, Schwefel angelagert oder einverleibt werden kann, wenn man die Kondensationsprodukte mit Schwefel oder Sulfiden der Metalloide, z. B. Chlorschwefel, behandelt. Die Behandlung geschieht bei erhöhter Temperatur unter 300° und kann vorteilhaft unter Druck vorgenommen werden. Die erhaltenen Produkte können in der Kautschukindustr ie verwendet werden. Beispiele: i. 5 kg Cupren wurden mit Benzol zu einem dünnen Brei angerührt und zu dieser Aufschlämmung 5 kg Chlorschwefel zugesetzt. Nach zweistündigem Erwärmen am Rückflußkühler wurde filtriert und der Rückstand mit Schwefelkohlenstoff bis zur Erschöpfung extrahiert.
