Die Erfindung betrifft eine Belagleiste für die Trommel oder für den sogenannten Reißwolf von Lumpenreißmaschinen, bei welcher das Eigentümliche darin besteht, daß sie aus gepreßter Papiermasse hergestellt wird, in welcher die aus ihr herausragenden Reiß- oder Stahlzinken fest eingebettet sind. Diese Belagleiste hat den bekannten, aus Hartholz bestehenden Leisten gegenüber den Vorteil, daß ihr Gewicht an beiden Enden gleich groß ist, während ihre Herstellung wesentlich einfacher und infolgedessen auch bedeutend billiger ist, indem dieselbe nur sehr geringe Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.Cover strip for the drum of rag tearing machines.
